So I decided to Purchase an ATV for various reasons. We have a cabin with a beach that needs to be dragged on a weekly basis and snow removal for various family members. I called up there and spoke with Mark about what it is I will be doing with the machine and what I was looking for. We talked for about 10 min on the phone and finally I went up to see what he had in stock. He didn't up sale me or tell me I needed something that I didn't! I added a winch, snow blade, sprayer, and back protection bar which they installed for free. When I went to pick it up they went over the machine with very good detail and were very patient with all my crazy questions! They loaded for me in my truck and off I went. The process was smooth and quick!P.S they have some super cool things in that store. If nothing else go check out the crazy dune buggies and snow mobiles.

Bought at new Sea-Doo from Kyle and I couldn't believe how easy it was. No upselling or any games like that. He even put the registration stickers on my ride like a champ. Very friendly and he's got a cool dog in the showroom.

Came in the store with my daughter, Saturday at about 1:00 pm to look at both a side by side and a Skidoo. We have a cabin very close to a lake and plan to make a dual purchase this month. It is getting close to boating season. Walked around the entire store but no-one was around to help. Not even "hey, I am with a customer but someone will be with you shortly". In my opinion, they have a nice store, clean, well stocked, and a good product line. So we walked around looking at both items, looked at prices, and their various models, etc. It appears they have great products but no-one that wanted to talk to me about their products. Finally, since no-one ever approached us to see if we needed help we left. I cannot buy their products if there is no-one to chat with. Maybe next time, if I make it back.

Poor service and no follow up. Told one thing and say things were incorrect parts. Ran worse after spending 800 dollars. Belong to a Polaris group and developed a relationship and have generated tools for troubleshooting. Some of the problems could be help but management needs to follow-up.

Dropped my SeaDoo off here for service after sitting for a few years. I was told it would it would take a few days and I would hear back from them by the end of the week. About 4 hours later I got a call telling me they were able to take care of it that same day. Very happy with the quick turnaround!

This is a two part review. Sale & ServiceWe just bought a new Can Am Defender HD-10 from Kyle and the experience was excellent. We needed a capable machine for our farm. Kyle helped compare and contrast between several models all of which they had in stock and able to touch and evaluate. We've had the machine about a month and it's perfect for our needs. A+ KyleService - I also dropped off a 2008 Outlander for a pesky electrical problem. Bob and the service team had to dig deep, but found 2 relays that were the issue. Leisure Life has always taken good care of me on sales, parts and service. "And my machine doesn't sit outside when I have it in for service." I've always treated them with respect and they always do the same to me. I've learned overtime that bad internet reviews are more of a reflection of the person giving them the review than the company receiving the review, positive or negative. Too many people make everything about themselves when life is a balance, so grow up people. Keep up the good work Leisure life and anyone with any negative comments to say about LLS can go somewhere else - they don't want your business anyway.

Bought a Vespa a few years ago or longer at this place. Like a dumb women..I never researched the prices for vespa's ..and wow...did the sales person ever take advantage of that. He charged me $500.00 more than the price of a new Vespa. After that experience I will never do business at Leisure Life sports again. I drive by the place often...and just want to puke. This place makes me sick. Never will I ever stop in this place again. I did not have a good experience.
