Lee Douglas Interiors

I have visited Lee Douglas designs twice in the last six weeks looking for a cabinet for my living room. Both times people in the store completely ignored me untilI indicated I wanted to make a purchase. I purchased a cabinet for $2300 a week ago and again I had to go and ask for help. Behavior like this I could understand if they were busy but I was the only one in there. I needed to have the item delivered so $110.00 later delivery was scheduled. My cabinet was delivered on time by two very courteous men. I haven't heard anything from the sales person to see if everything was correct. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone nor will I be shopping there in the future.

We signed a Design Agreement to assist us in designing our new home. During the course of the design services we were shown countertop selections that were identified as granite. Lee Douglas Interiors memorialized our request and selection in writing with the 'granite' product in our 'Countertop Selections'. Instead, marble countertops were installed, contrary to our request for granite selection due to an apparent incorrect identified countertop product. Being in the design business, Lee Douglas Interiors have the expertise to identify the difference between granite and marble. We attempted to discuss the issues with Lee Douglas Interiors to no avail.
