I have been going to Lee's for over a decade. I came back in town to get some hair and at first the interactions were kind. I was wearing a big sweatshirt and sweatpants because it's fall in Nebraska. I have never had an issue here UNTIL NOW. The man behind the counter asked for a fist bump. Ok sure. THEN he proceeds to squeeze the excess fabric on the sleeve of my sweater. Basically checking to see if I've stolen something. Black women don't have many true beauty supply options in Omaha. Between Lees and Mid K. Lee's used to be my go to when I came home just cause it was closer to where I lived. When I tell you I will NEVER go there again. It's not worth it anymore when I can order it online.

Classic hood area beauty supply run by Asians, though this one has a Black employee as well. Restroom is ghetto and full of boxes, but their merchandise has everything a man or woman of color would need for hair care. They have every brand, every product. I'm a fan.

I bought a wig from there and there are no exchanges or returns. I accept that but if you made the mistake I should be able to return it. I will not shop there again.

Lee Beauty Supply Store is a terroble place. They are bad in customer service. I would not recommend anyone ever buying from them. I will never go back and would not recommend this business to anyone.

They were very helpful in my hair selection. I am glad I took their advice. The staff was very informative

I absolutely love shopping in both of the supply stores. Everyone is always helpful and kind to me.

As long as I was buying cheap trinkets at Lee's like earrings and hair bows and makeup everything was fine. I decided to buy human human weave hair (I've been weaving for 30 plus years, shop owners with measure the hair out and cut it for you and you could feel it before you bought it it wasn't pre-packaged) but the trend nowadays is you can't touch the product to see if its actually human hair becsuse it's in a sealed package but the owner assured me that it was. Not! It may have been a blend of human hair horsetail and synthetic hair (yes some shops do sell horsetail,) Got it home it would not take the dye and I couldn't flat iron or curl it because it was not 100%human hair. Caled the next day and spoke to the owner who said if the package hasn't been opened he can take it back...a lot of times the only way you can know if it's human hair is if you try to process it or least feel the hair b4 buying. Notice the tags say unprocessed wet and wavy 100% human hairI have never gone back since. Beware.

i came into your store with my purse something beeped when i got all the way in the store and the clerk at the counter said can i look in your purse i said why i just got here i said this is harassment as i proceed to open my purse the gentleman that was standing behind the counter said if it's a problem for you then you can leave so i left and i will not be coming back to your store the customer service sucks your rude to your customers

I have been shopping here for years!! best quality priced (bundles, lace front wigs) there selection is always perfect. one of my favorite to shop for all hair needs for sure! always get fast and quality advice when it comes to any questions regarding style, price,etc! would highly recommend all stop shop!!!
