Le Smash

I wanted to do something different for a birthday activity and Le Smash was the perfect choice. I really enjoy the concept of the smash rooms and it was totally worth the money. You get to smash TVs, bottles, other electronics, vases, plates, tables, and more. (Note - some of the wine bottles are harder to smash.) The owner is great to work with. We had a party of six and he provided us with baseball bats and a crowbar for smashing. Each of us had our own basket of items that we could smash such as beer bottles, plates, and wine bottles. You could also grab other items inside the room. I recommend this for a fun activity or to relieve stress.

I really appreciate the concept of the smash room and honestly, would do it again. My issue is that I have paid $963 for a smash session with 5 people. I called in July 18th to make a reservation for a smash party. Booked it for 10 people just to be safe, so I paid the $321. However soon after I hung up the phone I was getting notifications and e-mails from my bank suspecting fraud. I check my account and I was charged the $321 FOUR TIMES. I immediately called back and spoke to the owner who said that something went wrong in her system and she would refund the extra charges. I saw them as pending returns so I assumed that since it was a Friday they would go through by Monday. Nope. They disappeared. For the past few weeks I have called, left a message on the website, and even spoke to the owner on the day of the party. She said she received my message and issued the refunds (again, I assume?). That was July 29th. I had my party, and it was a great time. But again. Almost $1,000 of my own money has been in the pockets of this business since 7/18. It's now 8/8. I still have three charges of $321 on my bank account. So I basically paid for 30 people to have a smash party when I had FIVE. I've held off on writing a Yelp review because I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but at this point I am over it. The fact that I have to continuously call/message and dispute transaction with my bank to get MY OWN MONEY BACK is so ridiculous. Hoping another smash room opens up in the area because I've given enough money to this business to last a lifetime.

I. LIKE. SMASH.SMASH BETTER THAN FIRE.SMASH TOILET WITH BASEBALL BAT.Let out your inner caveman/cavewoman and check out Le Smash! What an awesome time getting to destroy a toilet, computer monitor, tons of beer and wine bottles, and so much more. Better stress relief than I expected!

My fiancé and BestFriend and I went here as a graduation celebration. Very kind owner! We had so much fun!

Came for my wife's birthday and had a great time. She had maybe a little too good of a time... I might be a little scared of her now... Just kidding. But not really. You get a room to le smash lots of small objects and a few large ones. But the best part is you can bring your own objects from home to let smash, and even get a discount when you do. The 25 minute time allotted may not seem like a lot, but it's plenty. It gets pretty warm and you'll get winded with all le smashing. Owners are friendly and have plenty of safety gear to keep you safe while you smash. Make sure you wear shoes, and bring your own long sleeve shirt and pants if you don't want to wear theirs. All in all, this place is well worth the trip, so get down here already and le smash.

Prepaid for 7 people, showed up to locked doors and a note. No email, no texts warning us in advance. People drove in from out of town and I spent over $300 for this crap? GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, YOU SUCK!!

If I could give a negative review, I would. this business is a SCAM. They are allowing people to book and pay in advance and then the building is locked and empty when you show up. it seems like at one point it was a legit business but the building isn't open. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

A group of 4 of us showed up today, only to find we were locked out. A total of 4 other people also showed up with paid reservations as well while we were waiting outside. Phone number listed goes straight to the voicemail of another number and is full, so you can't leave a message. They don't check Facebook messages. $180 lost and wasted on my best friends birthday. Do NOT recommend.

So so fun! Went with some friends and we had an absolute blast! Staff were very kind and not over bearing!!
