So much fun to play here. The keno writers are always super nice and get to know you. And the food from Jimbos diner is amazing!,

Wow went last night with my family Burgers bogoHorrible!!!!!!Mine and my friends was so burnt u could have used it 4 hockey puckWorst service I've ever seen Had to ask several times 4 silverware and napkins Food really went to crap since big red bought the place Would not recommend going unless u want no service and crap food They raised the prices which is fine but quality is horrible!!!!!!! I would give no stars but yelp won't let me.im so sick today I think it's because of the boneless wings.People u can do whatever u want and go where u want Plz don't waste your time or $ going here

I have to say I enjoy going to La Vista Keno unless I have a certain waitress that ignores you. Good luck trying to get a drink or order a meal...half the time she forgets, took 50 minutes to get a drink and an hour to get a salad and when it finally came it was the wrong salad. No apologies. Honestly I am so happy when she is working at the bar because the other servers there are amazing...we don't have to beg for a drink or wonder if our food order was placed....much less worry if we will have silverware to eat with. If you are unlucky enough to have this horrible waitress you will have to clear your own plates cause they are never getting picked up.....it's a joke. Worst service ever...tired of complaining to management...you know...she might have to put out her cigarett and get up and do her damn job.

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review. I arrived at 4:30 in the afternoon, it took almost 15 minutes to have someone acknowledged I was sitting by myself. 10 more minutes to get a beer. Then it was shift change! I had to flag down the new waitress and literally beg for her to take my dinner order. The food was good. No one would get me napkins or refill my beer. So an hour later I finally get my second beer, my food is already finished. 15 more minutes and again I have to beg the waitress to get me my bill so I can pay. At that point, she apologizes for the service and offered me a free beer. That free beer should've came while I was having my dinner, but I couldn't even get one I wanted to pay for! This is why I will now only frequent Ralston keno.

We went to the restaurant with a group of people. We were the last to arrive so the wait to have our drink orders taken was pretty much acceptable. Sad to say, everyone else who had been there at least 15-20 minutes didn't have drinks when we got there. After receiving our drinks we were able to place our order which took over an hour to receive. It was wing night and pretty much all of us were having wings. The wait should not have been more than 20 minutes on a night of their special. Some of our food was cold, which led to one of the families (with 2 small children) leaving early; and not all of our orders were put in. My mother and one other person had to wait additional time for their wings which came out in less than 10 minutes, HOT! This is the only good thing that happened to our party. After our food had arrived, I requested a second water, my husband and my mother requested a second small pitcher. They received their pitcher immediately and I continued to wait. The waitress walked by several times, carrying a pitcher of water, talking to the table behind me, placing the pitcher at the oppposite end of our table where part of our party had left, then going to another table. She never came back to fill our water. As we were paying our bill, (she had told the couple with little children that she would comp their order since it was cold and took so long to get), she came back to grab the check before we were done signing the ticket. She brought the ticket over from the absent couple and demanded that someone in our party pay for it. This is after she told them it was comped! The service was absolutely horrendous, and for our first visit it will probably be our last!!!!

Just because zero isn't an option I give 1 star. The women's bathroom by keno is so foul that I am nauseous coming out of there. The amount of methanes in that room are dangerous. This has been this way for many years. Does the health department ever check them???I can't believe they can't fix this ... sorry Jimbos, lavista keno.... My health is worth more than this. Do better!

Very rude and if they don't like you or your friends they ask you to never come back. Even when you did nothing. Went there for 20 years. Never had a problem. Got a phone call at home saying they didn't like our friends not to come back for a way to run a business.

I been a patron for many years not any more. over the year I spend Friday nights in the sports bar eating and playing keno. weekend mornings i go into Jimbo's diner to eat Breakfast and play keno. last night was the last draw. walked into sports bar to watch Monday night football at 6:30 pm Nov. 1, 2021. one waitress covering the bar and struggling. sitting there for 15 minutes without any service. i look over and there is the manager sitting talking to family or friends. this is the same manager that ran Jerzee's staff into the ground. so we moved to Jimbo's because we wanted to eat. still bad service. finally got a menu and a drink 7:05pm. taco night. they ran out of tacos. wow. look around and lots of people without food. i see off duty employees walk in. they help themselves to pop and start talking to staff and holding up service. then they put there child on the counter with no shoes that people eat on. they let this child sit and play with a diaper on and no shoes. if this is how they run la vista keno Jimbos i am taking my long time business to another establishment. i have contacted the food inspector. did i mention i have a picture of this child on the counter and the manager looking at the kid while watching football and his employees running around giving customers super poor service. good bye la vista keno. take my money somewhere else.

LaVista Keno is a hidden gold mine. Its a huge facility with a large parking lot. It has been recently remodeled. Very nice. Food prices used to be way out of line but have gotten better. Food has also improved. Boost your audience by doing weekly or monthly specials. Do a 3 spot where you can win an extra 5 bucks. The next month do a 5 spot special. People love specials! Let your keno writers keep their tips. By sharing, it makes nobody try to improve! So your good keno writers get good tips and have to share with the slow, unfriendly writers. Give them incentive by saying you keep your own tips! Then rotate stations so they dont complain that one station is better than another. When the game closes, CLOSE IT! Writers will sit at their stations after it closes. Then people are allowed to get tickets after the game is closed. Many writers are the slowest moving, walking, writing I have ever seen. This keno could be the number one Keno. Its a great facility, just tweak the staff. Other kenos offer specials, free drinks, but they have crowded facilities. Take this keno to number ONE. Its really a great place.

Love coming here for a couple games and some cold beer but I get the unnerved feeling when I see the short brunette bartender. She would rather smoke a pack of cigarettes than clean tables, and more importantly, get people their drinks. Everyone else is great there. Makes it real easy to decide on how much to tip. Still love the place.
