Absolutely no website, so you can't look to see what they have. I think that's a bunch of horse shit. You have a business in Omaha and you don't have a website to promote what you carry. I have no idea of the product security. Have no idea if they carry c. BD have no idea if they have the E juice that I want nothing no information.

About every other time I go in this store, I get somehow ripped off: -This last time I was charged for 60ml when I only received a 30ml bottle.-I've been sold dead batteries, since they start charging their Lithium Ion batteries as soon as they get them, which is a big no-no.-I've been charged full price after buying an item specifically because it was on sale and even reminding the cashier during the checkout process.-They make an effort to rattle off multiple discounts during the sales pitch then somehow end up charging you more than any of the stuff says on the stickers while they ring it up.I always end up going back in the store with my receipt, always. I'm not saying don't shop here, the prices are fine with e-juice, just treat it like you are in a flea market dealing with a known scammer. You have to assume they did the math wrong and grabbed the wrong product and double check them EVERY TIME or you WILL get RIPPED OFF. Do not shop here if you aren't the kind of person willing to tell a salesperson they screwed up.Also DO NOT BUY LI-ON BATTERIES HERE. Battery life is affected starting with the first charge, not with the first use.

I had the unfortunate opportunity to have to come into L&L Vapes. I say that only due to using the wrong juice I had laying around and it tasted bad. Like Menthol bad. I came in and got a pack of SubOhm coils to rid the taste and some kind of cherry bubble gum type of flavor. The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I got to sample some flavors and when I told them I needed to dump the current juice, they even offered to sterilize my tank to remove any lasting nasty flavor. I do not see myself out here that often, but if I have the need, I will stop here

I walked in L & L an e-cig Virgin and walked out feeling like a pro. It took maybe 15 minutes for the super helpful guy to show me how the system works, help me pick the best one for me, & find the perfect flavor at their bar! It was so simple I wondered why I hadn't done this sooner. Then, I got to pick from a bunch of colors for my bottom, top, and case. So cool! The kit comes with everything you need, plus a bottle of the oil!

So I'm from Arizona and then came into the store and the employees don't know about their products in the store and they are rude I said hello to on of the owners was there and she was rude I said hello to her and she just looked at me and when I left you said goodbye and she just looked at me I must say I will not be returning cause there are way more vape shops in Omaha then just shit l&l vapes remember customer service is everything, and they are rude. I will not spend anymore money there

I needed a new vape mod, as the Nuvo stopped working after a year. I didn't want to spend much on it, but the girl sold me on the Lost Vape Quest...because it wouldn't leak like the Nuvo did. It was more than I wanted to spend, but I trusted the girl working there. This vape is complete peace of crap! After 2 days it started acting up and by the 3rd day I couldn't use it at all. After 10 days out of town, I brought it back to L & L, for replacement. The owner told me that it was most likely a bad pod and made me buy a new one. Hey...it seemed to take care of the issue, until 2 days later and the same crap happened. Another week out of town for work and I just brought it back into the L & L on 96th & Q, where a nice young tried to help me, but the owner said there wasn't anything she could do and I'd have to contact Lost Vape. So I've had this piece of crap for 20 days, been able to use it maybe 6 days total, had to buy a new pod and now it doesn't work at all and the crappy owner won't stand behind the crappy products she sells! Take my advice and do not shop here. There are plenty of other places to purchase vape products, that actually care about their customers.
