I'm waiting for the towing company to reach back out regarding an incident that happened with my vehicle while it was in their towing lot. My vehicle was towed last Wednesday June 7, 2023 at around 2200 and I picked it up on June 8,2023. I noticed damage to my vehicle late Friday evening on June 9, 2023 and had reached out via emails with photos. I always backed my vehicle into any parking spaces and it's equipped with a back up sense. Additionally my vehicle has a towing hitch attached so I'd imagine many people would be very careful. My vehicle is a 2021 Kia Sorento and it's equipped with many safety features. I'm waiting on an email reply from the company. I got an estimate from a collision company and it's $1,500 to repair the damage. I haven't not heard anything from the company since I sent the email on Monday, June 12th.

I called yesterday (8/31/2022) at the instruction of my Property Manager (who started 2 months ago.) She didn't know we even had a towing company. When I called "Michelle" didn't know Amy was our property mgr. I informed her Cassidy hadn't been at Edgewater Court Apts. for 6 months. She very quickly escalated our conversation talking over me at every opportunity. She didn't attempt to listen to me ONCE. Knowing her boss was standing right there listening -- she LIED RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM BY SAYING "If you're going to yell and cuss (Which. I. Most. Certainly. Was. Not.) than I'm hanging up!!" which she did. She quickly hung up on me right after blurting out, "You have 48 hours to remedy the situation." **CLICK** That's Their Version of Customer Service folks.You Call to Ask Questions. Michelle Talks Over You. Michelle Hangs Up On You.And Your Only Choice Is To Call Your Lawyer.Or I guess what they would rather you do is PAY THEM. $$$$$$$So that's her clever way of hanging up on customers without helping. LIE ON THE PHONE IN FRONT OF HER BOSS. Who is he going to believe; her or the poor sap who's car has been vandalized with their obnoxious pink sticker!?I've called my lawyer and HE'LL be getting in touch MICHELLE. Good Luck!

I can not even give them a rating. They tow your car saying you are in the grass or you were on the curb.. charge you over 200.00 to get your vehicle. Something needs to be done. A petition something. This is wrong on so many levels. They do not care.. Its their poor business practices.. I will be writing my local congressman and this will be on social media.. I also have a national podcase platform. I called and tried to talk to the guy and he told me do what I need to do!!! Well, game on...

Worst experience I've had with any company ever.They make you make an appointment to pick up your vehicle on the weekend, and then make you wait for 40 minutes for someone to show up. No one in the office and the door was locked.The driver who I had to pay to get my vehicle back told us that it had to be exact cash and that he didn't have change while holding a stack of ones in his hands, so I ended up paying an extra $7 to get my vehicle back. He then threatened to not let me retrieve my vehicle and stated that they didn't have to release vehicles on the weekends. The most rude and unsympathetic person I've ever met.

Horrible Experience. My apartment complex has rules for parking in the public spaces around the building. L&I Is very inconsistent with following these rules. Sometimes they tow people sometimes they don't. They cannot tow out of basement garages because they don't have a tow truck that can pull a vehicle out of the garage. They have a contract with our company and told me that I am not able to call someone else due to the contract. So basically I am SOL and will need to park my car outside during the storm due to someone else parking in my spot. Must get paid per cars towed. Snag cars that are in a loading and unloading area for less than 10 minutesDo not recommend

These "business people" towed my car ten minutes after parking for trying to help my friend move a 200lb tv.I was told I could park in the residents spot for 3 hours by the landlord, and yet my car got towed anyways. They even told us we could only pay the fee with cash.Customer Service was absolutely atrocious as well. Rude and passive aggressive comments were made during interaction.Quite shady practices, they are clearly scamming people. Avoid encounter with these feral animals.

I reached out to L&I Towing I believe on a Saturday evening (April 22, 2023) to remove an abandoned RV from my driveway. I first left a message and then received a call from the company no more than fifteen minutes later.Steve reached out to me immediately and asked me to provide some pictures of the RV, concerning its dimensions. After a brief discussion with his crew, they decided they could indeed pick it up and from thereon, asked for us to provide proof of homeownership. We did so, by taking pictures of our property tax papers and drivers licenses. The following morning, Steve reached out again. Mind you, this was Sunday morning of April 23, 2023. I was not expecting this company to be concerned with my problem on the weekend, assuming instead that L&I would pick back up on the following Monday.But I was wrong. Steve reached out and declared one of his crew members would be along in about an hour to tow the abandoned RV. Sure enough, in approximately an hour, an L&I Ram5500 pulled up to tow the vehicle. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that showed up. He was very friendly and extremely professional. It took about five minutes to secure the RV for the tow. And off he went.My experience with this company was exceptional! I'd give a twenty-star rating if possible! I was under the impression the removal of this abandoned RV was going to be much harder than the process actually was. I would like to commend L&I Towing, Steve and the crew member that was involved for going above and beyond my expectations! L&I Towing has picked up an extremely satisfied, new customer!
