I stopped into Kong Liquor today, because they usually have the cheapest cigarettes in the city. Let me just say, I will NEVER step foot in that store again. A small Indian man (from India) was behind the counter. I handed him a coupon for a particular brand of cigarettes and he refused to scan the bar code on the back of coupon, refusing to give me my discount. I tried to tell him that I had used a second coupon at another business, which gave me the discount. He was plain disrespectful and threw the coupon back at me and told me he would not use the coupon or sell me any cigarettes at all. He turned his back to me and refused to even speak to me after that. I was not only angry, but embarrassed because two other men stood behind me in line. I don't know who the owner or manager is, but that man should not be working in your store. You have lost my business and I will be telling anyone I know about how disrespectful your employees are.
