10.10.10 across-the-board amazing service Sage is fantastic she makes you feel so welcome and so knowledgeable. The simba was chefs kiss, no soy sauceNeeded, everything is fresh and the fish is flown in from Japan. Can you call yachup? Smoked old-fashioned delicious. I can't wait to go back.

Best sushi place in Omaha. We came with a bigger party and they did amazing. Our server was kind and answered all our questions. They were very attentive. Our table drank a lot of water and they were always on top of it not making us wait. One of our orders was wrong but the server did a great job handling that situation. The rodeo roll is my favorite. The wagu just melts in your mouth. Can't wait to come back to try more of their menu. Overall, very impressed especially for sushi in the Midwest.

This is 100% the best sushi I've tried in Omaha. Not only is food amazing, but service is ALSO amazing. Our food came out so quickly, and our waitress was so sweet and attentive. I would recommend making a reservation! There is ample and easy parking. The restaurant has a hip and cozy atmosphere. Go-san roll: has jalapeño but is not spicy, and this is coming from someone with a low spice tolerance. Refreshing and tasty.Royale roll: order if u like spicy!Simba: this was my personal favorite roll out of the 3 rolls we got bc I like all the sauce it came with Negiri: all of them were deliciousMezurashi: I got the chicken+shishito bc the pictures looked good on Yelp. It wasn't bad, but not amazing. I would rather save stomach space for more rolls heheButa: pork belly skewer (not pictured). It was tasty and savory!

Service was fast and our server was very knowledgeable on the menu. We ordered a variety of dishes as can be seen in the photos, and most of them were good. There were some items, liked the hamapon cold plate and kobayashi maru roll, that did not taste as cohesive, but i think that is just preference. The environment was good as it felt fancy but not too uptight, like a place for friends or family to gather and have a good time together.

Absolutely loved the atmosphere here, it's the perfect spot for a special occasion! The staff were all attentive and the waitress gave a thorough rundown of the menu with recommendations as well. The food was delicious and each item had such a unique flavor, a great twist on traditional Japanese food!

Koji delivered a satisfying food experience. The grilled meat skewers were a definite highlight. While my sushi roll looked appealing, it lacked flavor and tasted more like a vegetarian option. Thankfully, the wagyu and octopus dishes were outstanding and saved the meal. The customer service was decent, but could have been improved with more attentive water refills.

We came to Kogi for a random lunch date and could not have been happier with our choice. We essentially had the restaurant to ourselves and felt like the staff were very welcoming. Everything we tried was incredible. In contrast to its sister restaurant, Kogi has slightly more options in terms of grilled items. We had some of the grilled pork as well as pork buns, both of which were delicious. The sushi roll that we had was also incredible. We additionally had one of the cold dishes of fish, which was sort of like and was also delightful. I would highly recommend Kogi for either lunch or dinner and I very much. Look forward to coming back soon.
