Koch Motel

Horrible. Terrible. Gross. Disgusting. I selected this motel because they take pets.Not a single amenity.No toiletries. No coffee maker.Not even a few paper cups to get a drink of water.The rooms are beyond filthy.Went to take a shower and the towels were stained and threadbare. No hot water to shower.Called the front desk who told me to run the water for 10 minutes or so to get hot water.Called back after about 20 minutes and said I needed to shower, so I had to pack up my room at 11 pm and move to an even dirtier room.Do not stay. My worst stay at a motel ever.

The people here were very nice. The price was reasonable and the location was great. The negative thing was, this place has not been updated in decades. I will say that it was clean, no bugs and there was a color TV with lots of cable channels. Nothing wrong with the bathroom equipment except it needed a little work on the floors and shower. The towels were cheap and frayed. I realize the price was a good price but this place could use some updating. It was not dirty or buggy.

No room and no refund. Prepaid for room to make sure I would have one. Got there and told no vacancy. Explained I booked a few days ago online and prepaid. They said my three bed non-smoking room had black mold and was unavailable and they offered me a 2 bed smoking room in exchange. I declined and was told I would get a refund. After a few days I contacted them through the app and was told to file a claim through hotels.com Hotels.com investigated and denied my claim. I then called and an agent called the number they had on file while I was on hold. Got denied again. I called and spoke to someone (I don't believe he was actually at the location) and he said no problem have them call back and he will approve it. I did that again while waiting on hold and claim denied again. Tried a refund through Paypal and denied again. My Google map's history shows I was only on property for 12 mins. They don't have a copy of my Drivers license (like every place gets when you check in)I booked another room 1/2 mile down the road for the same time frame while sitting in their parking lot. And a police officer followed me to the next motel and stopped me to make sure I wasn't part of the things going on at this place he was investigating. $235 and hours of time gone

Great place with good pricing ... Kept clean and we'll maintained.. has a country Mart next door where you can buy liquor, food ECT .. and on the other side you have gas station and car wash and dollar general ... So I could petty much get everything closeby ... Also during summer the swimming pool is full of kids which right behind the motel ... Just off the Hwy 75 and 36....
