I have been a patient at Koca Chiropractic for approximately 25 years. I have always had excellent care. You will be welcomed from the office with smiling faces. My care has always been fantastic. Lyle Koca listens and gives you a plan for the future so you have hope knowing you will feel better. He cares about people and the community. You will not be disappointed.

I initially visited Koca Chiropractic due to an extremely painful pinched nerve in my neck in addition to years of back pain in specific spot. A coworker recommended Koca and this is my first experience with a chiropractor. I have had an overall positive experience here, not only with Dr. Koca himself but several other staff members. I cannot match Dr. Koca's energy in the morning, but I appreciate it: I mainly see Dr. Koca but have also seen Dr. P, Dr. L, and Dr. F. Grace is my favorite to see in the morning, she is always so welcoming and kind. I also feel seen and heard by her. After about a month of adjustments, my back and neck have been feeling better each week. I appreciate the treatment I get each week and having less and less back pain each week to manage. The only feedback I have to give is that I am science-driven in my thinking, and I wish more information were provided for check-ups concerning treatment plans on this throughout my treatment. I understand that these practices come as natural though to most practitioners, and there is a lot of information given at the beginning of the treatment process. Still, more information throughout the treatment would be excellent and why decisions are made. Overall, wonderful first experience and I am happy that I can see the crew early in the morning before work to be adjusted!

Worst chiropractic office I have ever been to my whole life since having neck pain issues. Not really interested in caring for the patients and their well-being as interested as they are in getting paid. They refuse service to me after I complained my neck hurt more after seeing one of their newer chiropractors, Dr. Matt Claggett, but before refusing service to me, they contacted a law firm to waive the rest of what I owed them instead of finding out what went wrong during the appointment/adjustment and meeting me in the middle due to my unfortunate/bad financial situation as of current, and Dr. Koca screened all my phone calls as a polite way of blowing me off.Way to go!! You guys ROCK.Update: read the other 1 star review

All the staff and Drs at Koca Chiropractic are amazing. The front desk ppl are my fave but the drs are pretty cool too..Dr Matt Franceour has been adjusting my son and I every week for several years. It has helped my son with his asthma and allergies and I haven't been sick in a very long time. I started going after a water skiing incident hurt my lower back but I keep going bc I don't have those little aches and pains that a lot of people have.

I'm new to the area and was in serious need of some Chiropractic help! I got a recommendation from a friend who told me Koca was great and she was right! They listened to my concerns and created a program that worked best for me and my needs instead of trying to up sell me. I highly recommend you check them out!

Dr Koca and the entire staff are amazing. I was somewhat skeptical going in with severe back pain, and now I'm a believer with little to no pain. Seeing Dr Koca was my last chance before having back surgery that would have kept me out of work for months. As the pain medications couldn't keep up with the pain . I had issues sleeping, sitting , and doing any physical activity. I'm back to playing golf, volleyball , hiking, and more importantly sleeping. If I hadn't taken the chance on Chiropractic at Koca I wouldn't be enjoying the quality of life I do now. Thank you so much to everyone there! I strongly recommend them

I have accompanied a friend to his appointments and watched his progress over a period of about 3 months in order to see if this would be a good possibility for handling my extreme back pain. In those 3 months with 3 or more visits a week and hundreds of dollars spent, I saw my friend's pain increase to the point where he was vomiting and desperate from the high levels of misery. Finally (and thankfully), my friend changed to a different chiropractor. Within less than 2 weeks in the care of the new non-Koca doctor, the pain is now tremendously diminished, and for the first time in months my friend has hope and happiness again. The proof is in the pudding, as they say, and it seems the Koca team offers a dubious pudding at best.

I only went for the consultation for $79, you get xrays etc. The Dr ask if I had time to stop in tomorrow to go over them. I was sure I can stop by, why the next day I go over the xrays, we go over the billing amount if I go with the service. Now, I have health insurance so I'm expecting to pay my copay . The Dr wants you to pay half or all. So, ima think about that. The kicker was he said let's go do a something. I didn't understand what the word he use but basically a session. which I wasn't expecting. I'm expecting to view my X-rays and set up my session. Since I didn't have time to do this due to the fact he caught me off guard and I had to take my grand to school. The Dr wants to charge $59 for me choosing not to do a session . If your having money issues staying above water, which we all are having these days. Don't hood wink patrons that come into your establishment looking for help.

I received services from Koca for a little over a month. I would go 1-2x a week. The initial appointment was a good experience however after that, I began feeling rushed and dismissed. My assigned chiropractor was dishonest. My overall experience was POOR. The chiropractor that was assigned to me would dismiss my concerns and lied to me about my progress. For example, I received an HRV (Heart rate variability) scan. During my first appointment I was asked to rescan (by a different chiropractor) due to motion. A month later, during the new scan the screen asked that I rescan and I was quickly dismissed when I brought it up to my assigned chiropractor. He stated it was "a glitch". I asked him how I knew the results were credible if there was a glitch and he said their machines were good. He then showed me my scan results and stated I was in the sympathetic side the first time and had already moved over to the parasympathetic. I knew this was not true because I studied my first results when I got them. I was in the same area, which is okay I understand it takes time for improvement. When I told him that was not accurate and requested he pull up my first scan to compare them he stated he did not have access to it and he would have it the next time. He made a comment about forgetting the first results but it is UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL to make false statements about your patients progress. He also asked if "the girls" had completed my first scan when I informed him that I was asked to re scan the first time. "The girls" being the young secretaries. This is awful because HRV scans can be difficult to understand and I do not think most patients remember their initial results. He was so comfortable telling me I had made progress and even pointed at my sheet to show me that I had gone from one area to another, which makes me wonder how often he is dishonest to patients about their progress. We pay good money for these services and we would hope we could trust our doctors but unfortunately that was not the case. 0 stars.

I called in and advised that the pain I was having was about a 8, I was having trouble breathing and I really needed help. I asked in advance if I would be having an appointment of if they would be adjusting my spine. I was advised that it would be an adjustment. After they saw what I looked like they took x-rays and sent me home. They didn't forget to take my money though. Scheduled an appointment for the following week later @ a 8 pain level. I went to the er chiropractor was helped. Wasted my money and insurance here but that's typical for black folks in Nebraska.
