A better shot of the awful sculpting job done.

Worst nail salon I have ever been to!!I'm usually a pretty forgiving person but when 2 visits in a row yield the same results I have to believe this is the norm here. Waited an hour to get in, they took back 2 other people who got there after me. When I finally got a seat the guy sculpting nails was put off by the "bad acrylic job" that he was having to "fix" in addition two of my nails had popped off in a week and he had to replace them. He was pretty irritated when I told him that HE was the one who did the "poor job" on my nails. Again for the second week in a row he paid more attention to the football game playing on the TV than he did to my nails. He nicked several of my fingers with the sculpting tool and left deep ridges in my nails that Polish couldn't possibly cover, check out my pictures I posted. At one point He even tried to use the sculpting tool on my natural nail! The ONLY saving grace here is Anne. She is super sweet and attentive and has a real talent with her designs. She is the only reason I would consider giving this place the one and only star I had to give just to post a review.

Must be under new management... Very nice, very clean place. Best pedicure I've ever had for the price... Many options with shellac color. Comfortable chairs and very relaxing. In Lincoln this is my place to go. Thank you!!!

Great place for shellac & pedicures. Anna waxes my brows, and does a grata job shaping them as well. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the lack of choices in shellac colors. Choices are either fairly dark, very bright pinks, or black.

Love this nail salon! I had the best nail guy, he gave me the most amazing manicure I've ever had! The design lasted forever and it looked amazing! The service was fast and very reasonable.

I've posted this review all over the place but I just want to give my favorite nail technician a boost!I've been a loooong time customer of Huyen, a nail technician that used to work at a different nail salon nearby, she switched over to KN Nails and I went with her.Several technicians from the old salon are also switching over to KN and they're all amazing ladies. Definitely give it a second chance even if you've had a bad experience before. Now that they're under new management with more staff, it's going to be such an improvement!

This salon is filthy. One of the techs had what use to be a white smock on but it was covered in stains and polish. They had a very small polish choice. My daughter and I both had pedicures and manicures. I have to admit the price was great. $86 for both of us. But I would much rather pay more for a cleaner salon and a better job. My manicure polish didn't even completely cover my nails and our nails weren't even filed evenly. We will never return to this salon.

I just had a pedi from Mike and LOVE IT. It is very hard to find someone that actually pays attention to what they are doing, Mike is your guy for that. The prices are very reasonable and you have a few to choose from. The pedi chairs are FANTASTIC! I will be a repeat customer with Mike.

What a disappointment!!! First of all we called for an appointment for 6 people. There were only 3 workers. Seeing no one in the place should have been our first clue!!! One didn't get anything done because she had to leave and couldn't wait. Even though it was just us, we all felt rushed!! All 5 of us got mani pedis the girls all got shellac. Some barely got massaged and most did not! That's one of my main reasons I get pedis. I had to re-cut and re-file my boyfriends nails after we got home. They were not cut all the way a crossed. My brother was told to wash his hands and when he was done the worker already had his seat replaced. This was his first ever going to get a pedi or mani. He's leaving sat for Mexico to get married which is why he went and he will probably never want to go again because it sucked and did not get what we paid for!!! We all spent over 275 and it wasn't worth $25! Biggest pet peeve of nail salons...claiming to have shellac and charging as if it was shellac but using off brands like gellish which anyone can go to Sally's and purchase for less. This place had a brand I've never ever heard before! Was not impressed!! I can honestly say this was prolly my worst experience ever!!! I will not be going back to this place even if they gave me a free visit back!! I just remembered, I didn't even get the warm towels on my legs!!! I know one did so they do have hot towels. They must just pick who gets what but then charge a flat fee! And to top it off they charged us wrong and even came out to our car to say we owed them more money cause he wrote down the wrong price!! Sorry if this review is all over the place. I've never written a review. I'm just still so taken back and it's been over 7 hours since we left!! The people were nice people but the service was inconsistent, pricey and the job was not well done!!! I'm seriously considering going somewhere else this weekend to get it done right but my toenails are so short since the got hacked off! They were short already! I didn't ask to cut them shorter! UGH!!!

When I looked this salon up on the internet the website said it was 10 dollars for a manicure and an additional 2 for a design. I brought 15 bucks expecting to have 3 dollars left, but when I was there the ladies told me that just a manicure without a design was $15! I couldn't even get a design! And today, the day after, it's already chipping away!! Not good for my tastes.

Called ahead for a party of 6, they had three staff waiting. One of the members of our 6 didn't get her mani/pedi because they were so "rushed" by having six people in the salon. We were the only ones in there (bad sign) and they made us feel like they were rushing to get to other people (who weren't there). Most salons do around a 20 minute massage of the legs which is the main reason I go for the pedicure and my lady did less than one minute (I counted) and then rushed me to get my nails done. I am getting married next week and am so upset that they advertise they have shellac when really it's just a brand called gellish which is not nearly as good. They charged a shellac price. I got a 20 second hand massage (that's the total for both hands). So disappointing. I will never return here again, the staff were not very friendly; they clearly knew we were a bridal party and not once recognized this. Also, my gellish Polish is already coming off. I wish I could give a zero star review.
