Very large selection of kitchen and bath needs. Friendly staff and very clean store. No one was pushy and they let us browse at our leisure. I just wish prices more readily visible so I can stay in my lane.

Working with their design staff (who had our builders blueprints, etc.) we selected a chandelier for our family room. Trusting that design staff would thoroughly check specs of the product against the height of our family room to make sure it would hang properly, we found out the chandelier hung too low from our 11 ft ceiling. Now Briggs is telling us the manufacture is waffling on returning the product and that we might have to eat the cost of their mistake. They are also telling us that two light fixtures that were cancelled from our order in November are non-returnable since they forgot to remove them in a timely manner.

I love this place. I've worked with them for over 30 years! If you don't understand what a Showroom is... You're not getting it. They have to quote retail price. All Showroom's work like that. Tile showroom' and plumbing showrooms have to work through your contractor. They give the Contractor your information and then the contractor gives you your cost. That's what show rooms are. So please don't misunderstand when they can only quote retail price. That's how Showroom's work.They are knowledgeable, resourceful, quick to answer, and solve my problems. I think they're fantastic! And that many years I've worked with him prove it... You can't beat them.

The sign in the door said Best in Omaha, but that wasn't our experience today. The showroom was impressive, but the customer service was lacking. There two people working in the store; one person in an office and the other was helping a customer. We tried to get their attention to see when someone could help answer our questions and we were ignored. We waited for about 20 minutes and then left. We were planning on buying a kitchen faucet today. Lowes got the sale.

Went in, were told we needed an appointment, so we made one. Gave the woman the changes in dimensions at this little table while my wife looked at faucets. I went back in and was told we were on the bottom of her big list because they had so much business. So after about 4 day we finally got a quote. She forgot the changes so I asked what happened and she started arguing we never gave them to her which we did. So I walked out never to return they obviously don't need or want my business. Found another salesperson in another store that treated us like she was happy to get our business and got us out quote the next day

I don't know where the other posters here went, but they couldn't have gone to the same place I went to. My wife and I walked in 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday thinking we were going to do a quick walk through. The sales person was extremely helpful and stayed almost a full hour after closing to help us. Sometimes you get the kind of service you deserve, if you are polite and respectful like treatment is returned.

Received some of the worst customer service here, my mother and I were disrespected and not taken seriously by the sale women. We were felt rushed and made to feel more like children instead of paying customers. I would never recommend or go there again.

Awful customer service. We asked Cindy, one of the staff, to help us and she couldn't have been more rude. She acted as though we were a waste of her time and wouldn't give us a straight answer for any of our questions. Briggs has really nice things, but way overpriced. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone particularly due to our interactions with their staff.
