Kirn Park

Nice park in the heart of historic Council Bluffs. There are lots of trees and nice scenery. The park is the site of the first high school in Council Bluffs, which is pretty neat. The park has a great playground with a picnic shelter that can be rented from the city for $25/hr. There are bleachers, a football field and walking lap. I recently rented the shelter for a birthday party and it was perfect! The kids enjoyed the playground. The shelter and porta potty (handicap accessible) were clean.
