Tasting room for Kinkaider Brewing out of Broken Bow, Nebraska. They also have bloody marys and a few local spirits, which I didn't try because I was there for the beer. If you're in town for the weekend, Saturday is the day for people-watching (especially on football weekends). Sunday is quieter and has better drink specials - after enjoying a flight of five beers for $5, I decided that at that price I couldn't afford not to buy another one!! Pumpkin ale (lager?), if they have it, had just a hint of pumpkin and wasn't too cloying or obnoxious. The mango habañero IPA delivers a trifecta of bitter, sweet and heat. Wonderful patio in the back that provides up-close views of a vintage locomotive. Friendly and knowledgeable service.

Great local tap room serving a variety of beer styles. The staff was friendly and inviting. Nice to chat with them about local beers and other places to visit. The clientele were friendly as well. Even though we were from out of town they wanted to chat with us. I enjoyed hanging out here even at near closing time

Delicious cocktails and local brews. Honestly I'm not the biggest beer drinker but the Sun of the Beast Vanilla Cream Ale was absolutely delicious! My husband really enjoyed the snow beast that was a seasonal winter ale. I also fell in love with the jalapeño vodka and sprite! Jalapeño flavor but not overly spicy. Fun place!

It's a solid microbrewery in the Haymarket District that houses an impressive 17 craft beer selections. The beertender, Tiffany, helped recommend some popular choices for my flight. I really liked the spicy notes in the Devil's Gap Jalapeño ale, it was surprisingly addicting. I was tempted to order another, but the Snow Beast Winter Ale was the winner for me. It had a nice hoppy spice and subtle toasted malt flavor.To top it off, I received 25% off my t-shirt since it was "Merchandise Monday". It was a great start to my week in Nebraska, I left the brewery as a Kinkaider fan!Overall: Friendly staff with fun/interesting craft beers at reasonable prices. Worth it? Yes, I'd definitely come back if I ever end up in Lincoln again.

Lovely little taproom in the Haymarket district of Lincoln that has a sign posted that they encourage outside food. I wish I'd seen that before I wolfed down my poke nearby, but hey, lesson learned. Instead, I enjoyed my beer at the bar and watched the people come and go. 16 different beers on tap here and I wanted all of them. Six permanent and ten rotating so there's going to be something for all tastes. Radler, sour, honey wheat, saison, sweet ale, porter, IPA, Vienna lager and more. I stuck with the Death In the Hills Pils, a Czech-style pilsner that was delicious. And after that, I had a small taster of the Devil's Gap Jalapeno Ale that was amazing. I thought Cali had a lot of micro breweries, but downtown Lincoln is defiantly the king of micro brews. This place opens at 4:00 and there were 7 people inside by 4:01. Really good beer and a great selection. Had the honey wheat and the kolsch. I did notice a few locals having the cream ale. Only two beers here off to the next brewery, it's across the street. Standby the that review.

Lots of choices. There were two of us that dropped in with very different beer tastes and we both found something nice to drink. We love the offer of 8 oz pours too. Dakota was fabulous.

One of our favorite places in the Haymarket. They have a great beer garden and weekly bingo (lots of fun!).

Beer is in good variety, but not all are good. After a few samples we found some drinkable smooth beer. Food is okay, but a little pricey - brisket was pretty dry.
