Kids Plays

We did not actually play here, so I will update my review when we do. We stopped in during a brief visit to Oakview. The kids looked pretty excited to see this new space.Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to make the $15 per kid pass worth it. I asked if they had hourly rates, or introductory pricing to see if they liked it and they didn't. I would have preferred to check it out before the investment.From the looks of it it looks like a massive indoor playplace. I would love to come back. They have memberships and I think if you have 5 and under kids this would be worth the price, but with my school age kids we would not take advantage enough. It is definitely something needed in this area of town.

My kiddo had so much fun. The bathroom was clean too and kid friendly. Love that it's inside and with it being so cold, nice to let my toddler run around!

It's the best indoor playground for kids in omaha. Also the cleanest! Seriously! I've walked there with white socks and it was still decent after a couple of hours. You can tell it's well taken cared off. The guy that works there is always super nice and kind.

Kids Plays is a brand new indoor play gym for kids 13 and under inside Oak View mall on the lower level, Dillard's side. It boasts a variety of play structures, ball pits, slides, mini basketball hoop, and swings for kids to enjoy. Think smaller scale Play-Daze for the parents who remember this as kids.It has an area for younger kids to enjoy as well somewhat blocked off from the larger area. (smaller slide, climbing structure, etc). It includes a large ball pit in the back with an interactive screen for kids to play with, as well as, a ball launcher in the middle of the structure.It does require grippy socks to play which you can buy for $3 on site but then can reuse next time. There is a waiver you can sign online ahead of time, or in the store. Each visit is $15 per child, or $40 per month, for an all day pass, which for the amount of activities they have, seems like a decent deal. They also have their own private bathrooms in the back so you don't have to leave. I was able to go in the structures with my son since he wanted me to which was nice. For coming on a Saturday it was not as busy as I'd expect, but that will likely change as the word gets out and once the weather gets cold. I highly recommend you give Kids Play a chance!

Was absolutely blown away by how clean everything was and the vast amount of different activities for the kids. Even the bathrooms were spotless. I was there in a weekday at 1130-weekends may be a different story-- it there were only a few kids playing. The equipment is heavy duty so adults can roam through the various tunnels, slides and ball pits as well.

In brief: one of the staff members injured my toddler (grabbed a toy he was swinging from, causing it to stop and my son to fly off the toy onto the ground). The employee did not apologize and instead lectured ME on safety protocol and then proceeded to follow my son and I around the facility harassing us. He even brought in a mall security guard to intimidate us into leaving. I contacted management about the incident and was given a cursory and dismissive response. It doesn't matter how great the facility is if the employees are going to hurt your children and get away with it.

Great spot for the little to play indoor that's safe! Lots of seating for parents. There is just the one door at the front which is nice. You don't feel like the kids could wander out without seeing them. Very clean. We will definitely be back!

Very clean, nice and friendly staff. My kids really had fun at the ball pit, slides and there is even a ball gun area. I saw that they also have a party room. It's $15 for open play and definitely worth it

Hosted my daughters birthday party here and it was a blast! Clean space and super friendly and flexible staff! Easy to rent and convenient options of ordering or bringing in your own food.
