I took my son here for a tour before signing up. The reception area is a little small, but the gym itself is huge! Diane at the front desk was very helpful answering my many questions about the classes and what to expect if we signed up. The kids in the class with adults (18mo-3yrs) looked like they were having a blast! The class consists of a structured opening and ending, but the majority of the time the kids get to play with the variety of equipment throughout the gym. We will be back to join in next week!

This place is awesome! We take our students here once a year for a dose of great physical therapy and exercises. Kid's body shop contains a pool, a gymnasium with everything you can imagine, and separate gyms used for dance and martial arts. we use the gymnasium only. For one hour, the cost runs $90. We split is between 4 classrooms, so the price isn't really that bad, though I don't think I'd spend that much to host a birthday party there. Inside the gym, they have balance beans, sensory toys, an unground trampoline, rings, a foam pit, and a climber. The only thing I wouldn't agree with this place is that they have a sign posted stating that if a sibling wasn't invited to the birthday party, they'd have to sit outside and watch the kids play. What's the harm in letting them join?

The party rules are ridiculous!! Parents have to sign a waiver to go into the gym but they are not counted in the numbers of the party. I don't have a problem with that at all. The problem I have is that you have to have all babies strapped in a carrier of some sort at all times BUT YOU ALSO HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT BABY TO BE THERE FROM BIRTH UP TO AGE 18!!! So taking a 1 month old that will be in a car seat carrier during the entire party will cost $10 if you go over the amount of kids they have allotted!! A waiver can be signed so if an adult gets hurt they are not responsible, but a waiver can not be signed for an infant sleeping in a car seat that isn't even able to do ANYTHING at the party. This place seems more money hungry then having good customer service. I even suggested that if the rule the baby is removed from the carrier then the baby has to be paid for, but if they follow the rules and are never taken out why do you have to pay for an infant strapped in a car seat? I was told because it is their policy, which doesn't answer the question. I took my kids here when they were young but I would never suggest this place to anyone ever again. Totally ridiculous and uncalled for.

I wanted to love this place, I loved the colors of the gym and how it was decorated. Customer service is extremely horrible. To the point where I couldn't take my daughter any longer. Reception is rude, money hungry, and doesn't work with their customers. First off, it costs $100 before she can even TRY a class, then if you miss one single day of the due they charge you more money. That's after they charge an arm and leg for classes. My daughter went here for a few months, when we would go I felt so uncomfortable because the staff was SO unfriendly... I'm very outgoing and love to engage and talk with people and everyone there was cold. I'll find another place for my daughter I guess. Wish this place worked out. Not to mention the gym is kind of dirty. Didn't feel clean. Really sucks because I really wanted to like this place.

In our home, we practice bodily autonomy and my child's right to say "no" to being touched or restrained. They held my daughter against her will for several minutes despite my being present and willing to come and tend to her. She struggled hard enough for marks to be left on her body. She was not a danger to herself or others and the actions they took were not justified in the least. Her arm was grabbed because she was slightly out of a single file line, my daughter pulled back and was picked up and then held down for several minutes. I called and asked if restraining a child was normal and was assured that she was not restrained and "holding" (while she screams "no" "let me go" for about 5 minutes) is not a first. This wasn't to spot my daughter for safety. It wasn't to keep her or others safe. I put her in for her love of gymnastics and to build her confidence and now she is scared of being squeezed again, as she puts it. This is disgusting and I expected more. Squeezing a child's waist who had done nothing wrong is unforgivable and I am still shocked.
