Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Help me greatly by doing it on a Saturday when I expressed that my laptop needed to be with me through the week.

We had an external hard drive crash, and overall the service was excellent. He walked me through the steps which took a few days to recover the data. The price was high (over $400) but he let me know that ahead of time, unfortunately I just wasn't in a position where I had another option but pay the recover the data. The drive was 2T and less than half full. He was very knowledgeable, and friendly, overall a pleasant experience.

I had suspected a failing power supply in a gaming PC that my son had, and brought it to Ken for analysis. He guessed correctly, that the drive was starting to fail, which was an abnormal condition for how new this solid state drive was.
