If I could give a zero I would. I don't even know where to start. Work was not started on time, the carpet installers covered up the vents. The LVP was put down with huge gaps by the baseboard and all transition strip areas. The area around the fireplace left a inch gap between the edges. The LVP installers left a huge mess The staff at Kelly's were not organized and not helpful. The bill changed 4 times. Terrible communication. I will NEVER recommend or use them ever again. I work hard for my money and their total disregard for my time and my money is unmeasured. Substandard

Stopped for my first time to check for a piece of remnant carpet...great selection and Great prices! Came back the next day and and found the perfect piece....they set me up with quality padding and re-rolled the carpet to fit my truck...helped me out with tack strip too. Great customer service....quality employee's who you can see still care about your needs ! Stop and check them out....All your Flooring needs ! Kelly's carpet is one of the best businesses I have dealt with. Kelly was very attentive and precise and had some carpet available that matched my living room to a tee, which also saved me money. The installers are very professional and did a phenomenal job at installing the carpet and vinyl. They worked their butts off moving my furniture, which is very heavy and moved it all back. I would recommend Kelly's Carpet to anyone who is looking to update their flooring.

I was recommended by my contractor to go for a good deal on carpet tiles and see Gwen. She was very nice and had a nice trainee. They only had a couple of patterns to sell (lack of stock, didn't want to order palette) so she said she would call Council Bluffs and get pictures for me and send me what they have. I let her know I was leaving Saturday so I needed it ASAP as I wanted to arrange install and purchase before Friday EOD. This was Wednesday AM. I called her back Thursday AM to let her know I would need installation and asked again if she could send me pictures. She said she had two meetings but would send after one PM. Received nothing on Wednesday or Thursday. In the meantime I visited four other places and then called back on Friday AM and stopped by around 11AM. The office manager came out and said she was off but had called her (no answer) and sent an email. She had taken my info home... really, you let someone take proprietary customer info home? After checking email Gwen confirmed to her she would send me an email Saturday AM. It's 2pm and still nothing. I stopped by Carpetland this morning, ordered tiles and bathroom tile, install and measuring. Total comes to around $3500 so far on this one project. I don't think anyone should have to try this hard to spend money in a store or experience no follow up and empty promises. I'm a retail RVP and I'd be furious at someone not only not going after a sale but flat out just losing it. They would work for me exactly the amount of time it took to performance them out. I really wanted to give a small business the sale but she did nothing to earn it. Maybe because I came dressed in shorts and a tee with no makeup she didn't think I had the money? Not sure but I've told the contractor he should be careful about recommending someone who doesn't follow through with a client in the future. My time is very valuable and having to make this many calls is ridiculous.

Kelly's carpeted a set of stairs and laid vinyl in two bathrooms and a kitchen. They were lower-priced than Nebraska Furniture Mart for the same piece of vinyl and labor, and they did a great job! Would do business with them again.
