Kelly's Carpet & Furniture

I went to Kelly's looking for a gray couch; which is actually harder to find than you'd think.The furniture is upstairs. They have a lot more than what I thought they would have but they didn't have anything in my sub $700 price range for a regular, gray couch.I was disappointed that I couldn't find anything I like as I wanted to buy from a local business. I will check back in the future for other furniture needs.

We have done business at Kelly's in Council Bluffs for years. They have fair prices and wonderful people to deal with. This is a family owned store and they are a family of wonderful, kind people. Installation was quick and they did a great job. We will definitely do business with them for many years to come.

the carpet was falling apart the first day i got itthe carpet was coming unraveled the first day i got itthey don't stand by their productthe carpet shed last longer than a day

PERFECT! The Lincoln store is outstanding! Friendly service. The older gentleman at the front desk gave me free shipping on a sectional as a miltary discount and the store doesnt have an actual military discount. This store is very military friendly! The store is 100%. Now as for the delivery...PERFECT! 100%! These guys were friendly and professional they even made sure the couch was perfectly inline with corner and wiped off any lint or whatever from the moving stuff etc. Awsomeness! I am offically a dedicated lifelong customer and will only buy from this store! Dont waste your time anywhere else especially at 7 day furniture. Also, Kellys carpet doesn't openly advertise thats how they keep prices low so dont think the lack of advertisement is an issue! AND THEIR PRICES REALLY ARE SUPER LOW! BEST DEAL I FOUND IN LINCOLN AND OMAHA! 10,000 STARS!
