Keith's BP

My go to mechanic for the last 8yrs or so. Between them and Starkey Auto; I know my car is in honest care. Over the years they've maintained and repaired several of mine and family cars. Always upfront on if it's something they can do, if it's something I can push off a couple paydays, or if it's something I need to take to a more specialized company pronto. Heath is generally the face at check in and he genuinely listens to what the problem sounds like and will work with you to find out what the problem is instead of blindly going in. They've never created more problems or falsely claimed needed work like other shops(typically those chain shops; jensen, jiffy, tuffy) I've been to around town. The last statement are callouts of my own personal experiences; I know some people may get lucky and have an honest experience at those companies but in history *sideeye*Highly recommend Keith's to friends, family, and anyone looking for a honest connection to their mechanic. As my Aunt said a group of guys that won't screw ya over because you're a female with a car.

No one else was able to repair my tire on a Sunday night when I was stranded. They not only did it in a Sunday evening, but did it quickly and inexpensively. An absolute saver.

Keith's BP station has been my cars home away from home for many years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Keith's has done many, many car repairs for me, and I always come away with a car that runs like new again. I feel secure with the work they do. Today, once again, they came to my rescue when my transmission left me stranded on Dodge street during morning rush hour. I'm sure that when Keith's is finished installing another transmission, I'll be driving in style again. Thank God for Keith's BP, the home of honest mechanics.

If there was a zero star review, I would definitely give them zero. The whole business is crooked, from Keith himself to the cashier that rings you up. The only one in that is straight with you is Sam. Dave is a cold hearted chump, that does not care about your car. This business only cares about running up your labor bill. My family and I have been coming here for years. They used to be great at first but slowly they have went downhill and into the trash. DO NOT go here.

MY car wheel has minor problem and I didnt want to drive and asked the center for maintenance.The guy who receive order didn't care and told me I am booked.I beg him and the other good staff willing to check and they told me it was almost closing hour and will call me next day.They called me and charged 700 and I told them how it goes up others do that for less than 200. They didn't accept me and I paid and pick my van .The order receiver is the one destroy the image of the center who is also racists .

I have been going here for years. They do a good job. They don't overcharge. Some of the evaluations here appear to be hit pieces by the competition.Never heard of gas vultures at Keth's BP. They've handled every problem I've thrown at them and I NEVER walked away tjinking I was cheated like Jensen Tire.

This place is an absolute joke I took a tire in there knowing it got slashed just to see if this place is a scam guess what they did the cut the tip of a screw off not even a NAIL a SCREW i could tell they freshly cut it off or grinded it down and I came back to them telling me this is what was In your tire these people are a joke charged me 35 dollars as well people like this are absolutely pathetic dont take your car here just another shop trying to tell people problems that arent really there. Screw you guys get a life.
