Non responsive dealership. We wanted to see & perhaps buy a new vehicle in inventory there driving in from out of town. We did, in fact, buy a new 2023 SUV loaded but not from them. We had two possible cars to trade in but didn't want to trade in either. We phoned & text with them. After never hearing back I'm reviewing them as I'd liked to have had a heads up from anyone in advance. They didn't seem interested in selling a 2023 vehicle at all.

Our son, who is currently in the Navy, asked us to look for a reliable car. So, my husband, Tony, has been searching the internet for several weeks. He searched CarGurus, cars.com, autotrader, carmax, etc. He narrowed it down to four, the first was already sold. The next he found on cars.com, autotrader and at Keast Auto Center, Inc. All three had the same price of $14,495. So, he called Keast Auto Center, Inc directly and talked to a salesman, Kirk Jacobsen, who was very nice and helpful. Tony told him how the car was for our son who was in the Navy. They discussed the price, the condition of the car and Kirk text him pictures. Tony and I talked it over and he called Kirk back and said he'd be up first thing the next morning. My husband drove over 350 miles one way to the dealership and was there by 8:15 a.m. He met with Kirk, drove the car, checked it out. Afterwards, he again clarified the price $14, 495 with Kirk. Which was the same price as he had hand written Tony's name and contact information on. Tony told him he was ready to pay $5,000 cash down on the car to hold it while our son could get his loan from Navy Federal. Kirk went to the sales manager, Brandon Brink, for his approval. He came back to his desk, printed off the car information and price from their website took it back to Brandon. Kirk came back again saying they could not do the deal because the price was wrong. He said the real price is $18,995. Tony expressed that it was advertised in three different spots, cars.com, autotrader and at Keast Auto Center, Inc's website as $14,495. Tony emphasized the amount of miles he drove that morning, Kirk was extremely sympathetic, but his hands were tied. Tony got the impression Kirk agreed with him that it was unfair. There was no offer to compromise or a gesture of good faith. It was, this is the price, take it or leave it. At which time, being very frustrated with the entire situation Tony promptly left the dealership. Here's what I want to say, was this a case of bait and switch, false advertisement or just and honest mistake? I guess we'll never know for sure. Our advise, be aware and beware!

Initial response was disappointment. Drove 75 miles to Harlan to test drive a truck. I was ignored in the lobby by 2 barely-pubescent consultants who couldn't put their phones down long enough to say "Hey." In the end, loved the truck, but they wouldn't honor the internet-advertised price. I rather miss the over-zealous consultants who would work for a sale.

They don't care about service just your money. Within a year my (overpriced) car was falling apart (I'm a mom of 3, it's not like I'm rodeo driving or travelling a lot!), thousands of dollars of repairs. I feel like we got ripped off on towing - it was more than 3x what would have cost had I used my own mechanic. Then the last straw was after a cluster f**k of picking UP my car (very disorganized) my husband forgot our coupon (I'm sure your mailbox is littered with them). I called immediately but the useless receptionist couldn't apply that discount unless she saw it in person. Not only did I offer to send a photo but I'm sure they have stacks lying there. I will NEVER use them again for service or purchasing any new vehicles.

We found the car on cars.com and emailed them. They answered right away and answered all our questions. We drove out from Omaha and had a fantastic car buying experience! All were friendly and very professional. We will definitely drive out for any future purchases! My highest recommendation!

Not a terrible place to shop for a vehicle. Cars seem to be in decent shape. Charged me over KBB/NADA pricing though, after coming down on the original sticker price.Had to ask a few times for them to put some gas in it before I left with it, which they eventually put in 10 gallons. Was told to come back the next weekend for a wash/detail/oil change/inspection.That very morning the car battery was dead. Jumped it, went up to Keast, and they ended up replacing the battery and doing the oil change inspection, but didnt do the detailing/wash.Both my mother and I bought a car from them on the very same day. Over 40k spent. Is a little ridiculous I had to convince them to put gas in it and had to wash and detail them ourselves....Staff is friendly, and over all okay for a car dealership. All in all, theres better out there, theres worse out there.
