KB's Food Shops

I've been buying gas and beer there for maybe ten years. It was the only place I knew where you could fill your tank and pay with cash without a hassle. Last week they stopped allowing the "Cash - Pay Inside" option. Apparently they had a couple of gas and go thefts. The big failure was that they changed it and didn't even bother to put up a sign. I thought the pump was malfunctioning. I can't say I blame the manager for not wanting to deal with theft, but the failure to communicate with their customers who had been paying cash for a while is complete failure. Put up a frigging "prepay only" sign. And since I can't fill up with cash and get the cash discount, not much point of going there.

Several thumbs down for employees more interested in talking with each other instead of helping customers. Lots more thumbs down for not wearing their face masks correctly.
