Kawaii Tea Time

I'd never had a sushi taco and really enjoyed it! The "taco shell" was crispy nori so in some ways it was a sushi roll served in a different shape.We sampled egg rolls, 2 sushi tacos (both salmon) and sushi pouches. I wouldn't get the pouch again ..the "pouch" was similar to a tortilla and didn't quite work for me but the taco was great. We also enjoyed some bubble tea.The staff was very friendly and prompt. You order on a screen when you walk in then food brought out. While we waited the staff brought me a complimentary homemade lemonade.The space is small but has comfy chairs and bright colors. There was no music playing so it felt a bit quiet but I will be back for sushi tacos in the future!

Tried kawaii tea time for the first time honestly because the name is super cute but I was surprised at the food actually being very unique and tasty.I've never heard of a poach and I tried the beef onion one and it was delicious. The beef is so flavorful! Also got some other things like a Taro milk tea (Good!) the chicken tender bento box and chicken salad.The chicken salad was not your typical chicken salad and the smell alone was not pleasant to me so I couldn't eat it. The chicken strip bento was okay. It came with church's chicken dipping sauce which made me think the chicken was just church's chicken as well. I'm not a fan of Kimchi so i didn't eat that but I did try the potato and it was very unique. Overall, I would come again for the beef and the milk teas. I'm just a semi pick eater so some of it was not for me but the stuff I did try was very good!

Absolutely BLOWN AWAY by this place!! I love sushi more than most and they made the sushi experience 10x more fun! I tried one of their sushi tacos and two of their sushi pouches and everything was phenomenal!! Definitely not the easiest sushi to eat but so so delicious and amazing portions!!I went through the drive-thru and they offered me a free tea while I waited and that was great too! Such nice people!I cannot wait to come back again!!

New item menus coming tomorrow! What's new: Poke Bento, Taco Sushi & Pouch Sushi. Ordering at a kiosk inside or drive through is an option. Service is super quick & always friendly! There are oversized chairs to relax , tables to catch up on some computer work if needed, sip your fave boba Tea, Green Tea or Smoothie & soon to order Sushi! Great place to get a refreshment or snack anytime of the day!

I had the pleasure of dining at the newly opened Kawaii Tea Time, and I must say, it was a really dope experience from start to finish. Nestled in a West O shopping strip, this Asian Fusion joint is the real deal.We wound up popping in because my daughter had a Boba craving. However the menu is impressively creative, showcasing a blend of traditional dishes with modern twists. From the moment I scanned what we was working with, I was intrigued by unique items like the Kimchi Chix Taco, Onion Beef Taco and my personal favorite their Salmon Avocado Taco which was next level, beautifully crafted and bursting with flavor. The owner was super cool and was open about pushing the boundaries of classic cuisine while honoring its roots.The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, with tasteful decor and lofi hip hop resounding throughout. The staff was friendly and attentive, really really down to Earth and made our dining experience all the more enjoyable.

They have a kiosk where you can place your order, which is really helpful since it lets you see a picture of all the options. I ordered the grapefruit tea, which was really refreshing. I assumed it would be pretty sweet so I got 50% sweetness level, but I didn't even need to reduce the sweetness. It's definitely not super sweet, which is exactly what I like. I think I'll try the full sweet level next time.

Went inside to order this time. Ordering is super easy on the screen. Ordered pouch sushi and another tea. All of it was yummy! They serve sushi now!

I forgot to take a photo prior to eating/drinking my mealEverything was really good.Ordered a bento box with a crab taco and everything tasted fresh and was filling.I love that they gave us the option for 'no sugar' on the drinks.The place looked very cute and clean. My gf liked the decor and cute sushi faces on the wall

Finally a Boba Tea on West Maple. First time and super yum. The staff is friendly and helpful. Some comfortable chairs to sit and drink.

I ordered online for pickup and had just a short wait when I arrived. The space was clean and bright, staff was friendly. The peach passion fruit green tea with mango boba was refreshing and delicious. I also enjoyed the salmon bento for lunch. I'll be back to try the sushi tacos next and more boba tea
