Amazing groomer and pay no attention to the one negative review that exists. It is obviously a falsely targeted review with no basis. Paula has been grooming our dog for nearly 8-9 years.

Took my miniature Pomeranian here during COVID-19. Everything was absolutely amazing. I love this place. They brushed out my Pom's fur which is not an easy task. Most groomers want to just shave her which you should never do to a Pomeranian. The prices are literally the best in town so I always make sure to tip because they deserve it. Included a picture of after grooming.

Horrible, my dog came back with multiple infections even some spreading to his penis. We eventually had it cut off. Poor guy never got to shoot his shot with Kelsey. A week later he died of leukemia, I couldn't find him for days but later the stench coming from the pool lead me to his body. Not only that but the deer that had been playing with him for months now also drowned. Best buds for life, I guess the heartbreak of losing a friend got to him. Will always be remembered R.I.P

Very friendly staff who listen and respect how you want your pup cut. They take time to build a relationship with both the owner and dog. Kristen does a great job communicating and giving the owner tips and tricks to make new puppies more comfortable. Highly recommend!

The girls at Karen's Kritter Kastle do an amazing job on my two Golden Retrievers. One of them has a very thick curly coat and it takes some work to maintain...and they always have her looking so fluffy and beautiful. They are wonderful to the dogs and after trying several groomers....I will never look again. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend this place! I've lived in Papillion my whole life, and always went to Petsmart instead to get my pups groomed. Petsmart is very overpriced and does not do as good of a job as Karens! Love it here.

Very happy with how my Maltese's hair was cut. Super fast getting an appointment and reasonably priced. Will be back again.

Beware of taking your pup here unless you want them to be completely shaved. I had a beautiful fluffy borderdoodle and they shaved him to the bone. He looked like he lost 30 lbs and a completely different dog-they shaved him to look like a poodle. Exactly opposite of what I wanted. After talking to other Papillion residents, they've shared they learned their lesson as well with similar experiences from this groomer. I wish I would have stuck to my normal groomer as she would take the time to TRIM, brush and blow him out as I asked, and has a play area for the dogs to hang out and for half the price! I now overpaid for a terrible grooming experience plus an extra $100+ for vitamins, supplements and shampoos to get his hair to grow back. Will never go back.

I love Karen's Kritter Kastle! First of all, they are very reasonably priced. They did such an amazing job with Rocky. We have finally found our groomer for Rocky to go to...thank you so much for taking such good care of him. Christa McPherson
