Just Waste

I do not like how the owner does not communicate with his workers. Kelly the one who answers the phone is great. She was very friendly and helpful. I feel sorry for her considering that she works from her home just to answer phone calls from irate customers. She can only do so much since the owner cant get his drivers to answer the phone call from Kelly. Kevin who brought the dumpster was a great friendly guy. I only give this place 3 stars because of Kelly and Kevin. Other then that I would give this place 1/2 a star.

Order a dumpster over the weekend to be delivered for Monday. Monday evening, I emailed Jeff(the owner) and he said sometimes the website messes up but that he was sorry and would get one out first thing in the morning. I understood and was fine so I waited till Tuesday morning. On Tuesday morning, I sent an email asking what time he was thinking it would arrive. I got no response. I think called at 12:30 pm since it was now after morning, and he answered. He said there were some employee issues but that it would be there sometime before they closed. So, I again waited. Nothing ever showed up, I decided to wait till morning to call. So this morning(Wednesday), my husband and I have called 3 different times and all three times have been ignored. Luckily I was never charged, so I officially took my business somewhere else. NEVER going here again. ** I have ordered from this company before... They were great the first couple times.

I used Just Waste when I was moving from one home to another, and the service was impeccable. Drop-off times were accurate, pricing was very reasonable, and customer service was great. Because of this, I have used them again, and I will continue to use them for my waste removal needs.

I rarerly do reviews, just exceptional or horrendous experiences... unfortunately this is one of the poor reviews. I do not recommend this company. I called Monday 3/19/2019 to see if there was availability for a 10 dumpster this week, sooner rather then later. There was a dumpster in that size that could be delivered Tuesday (3/20) evening or Wednesday (3/21). Since I could get it on Wednesday, I agreed and paid over the phone $175.00. No dumpster Tuesday, no prob, no dumpster Wednesday???? I called Wednesday evening at 5:46 and left a message asking if I was going to receive the dumpster that evening. No call back. I called again Thursday (9/21) at 9:03am and asked if I would receive a dumpster today since it was supposed to de delivered Wednesday. After giving my name and address I was told that I would get a dumpster today. I asked what time could I expect the dumpster and was told around noon. Thursday @ 4:19 I called again and left voice mail that asked what the situation was since there was no dumpster delivered again. It's now 7:00pm Thursday (3/21) and I have not received a call back nor has a dumpster been delivered. But I have noticed that $175.00 has been taken from my bank and I took vacation time from my job so I could fill a dumpster. At this point I want a refund and I do not want to get a dumpster from this company. I value my time and if this company valued customers then at a minimum they would have called to let me know they were unable to deliver on the order twice. In hindsight I should have been more vigilant and noticed the amount of reviews for the company. If you are in business 2 years and have less than 5 reviews that are all 5's; then that should have been a red flag that maybe you aren't reputable or delivering on your services.

We get a dumpster about once or twice a year. I have to say this company rocks! Extremely good communication and so kind! I would absolutely recommend them to anybody! Absolutely will use again!
