Friendly owner. Lots of Korean specialties. Prices are about a dollar or two more than other oriental markets. Watch out for old, expired products on the shelf. Noticed that one was expired once I had got it home. The lady was very apologetic and offered to refund or exchange the item. Not a lot of fresh vegetables or meats.

First i'd like to say, This is my favorite Asian market in lincoln, especially if you are looking for Japanese and Korean goodies because this is the only place where i could find, Eel, unagi sauce, sweet fried tofu pouches, and tobiko roe. I'd been searching and searhing all over and thank heaven i found this place. The store is tiny but super clean and doesnt smell like most asian stores do. I was greeted by the store owner who is the sweetest lady i have ever met. She was so sweet and welcoming, she told me if i needed anything to ask her, and she did help me out a bit with piking up my groceries, then she even went as far as to say if i had any question on how to prepare a certain dish just ask and she would tell me. She was soooo nice. I definately would go back there again

Haven't been in here for some time; this may have been an oversight. Extremely friendly owner, although communication may be a problem (we were looking for dried lotus buds and couldn't make ourselves clear). Stock isn't as big as some of the other stores, but the owner was extremely helpful and suggested we pick up some of the premade peanut sauce (available in veg or nonveg version) and talked us through how to make dinner out of it (buy some rice noodles, some green onion, maybe do an egg drop as the noodles finish cooking). I don't know that I'll buy a $10 tub of homemade peanut sauce again any time soon, but I got dinner out of it, and it was very tasty.

This is a tiny store, but I would say about half of the items are Korean groceries. It has most basic necessities to make Korean food. Only downside is that there are not too many selections of different sizes. However, the owner is extremely friendly and helpful and you can ask her when the new stock of items will come in and she will gladly tell you to come back on a certain day. The store is well organized and has a lot more Korean selections that I expected!

This is one if my favorite Asian food stores in Lincoln. I've been going here for as long as I can remember and the woman who works there knows me as soon as I walk in. She is so sweet and incredibly helpful. They have a good selection, though it is not as big as other stores.

I was going to be generous and give 2 stars for her sales skills, but then I noticed she ripped me off when I got home. The shrimp paste was marked 2.99, but she changed the 2 to a 4. I tried her "homemade" pastes, and got burned paying 10 bucks each for 2 little tubs of nasty, useless food. I should have stuck with my original plan to make my own red Thai curry paste, which would have saved me 25 bucks. People like this woman give small businesses a bad name. And this place definitely left a bad taste in my mouth, figuratively and literally.

Friendly greeting. I know asian food is imported but I feel like this place is a litte expensive than others. Good thing was I could get Eel.
