Terrible customer service and attitudes. Really disappointing we were really excited about this cute store and the kind salesman who sold my wife a pair of shoes after a nice out of town visit for us. We returned less than a month later as they hurt her feet (never worn, only tried on in front of the mirror once after purchase, stickers still on bottom of shoe). They refused to even exchange them for another pair she could wear or store credit. Kept pointing to a receipt that said 14 day return only. This is why local retail is dying. Avoid this store.

Juliet has a variety of styles, sizes, and price ranges; ask for Benjamin, he is super helpful and informative. I anticipated they would be higher priced due to their prime location but this wasn't the case at all. We saw a gorgeous gold sparkly pair for $79, similar to the higher end department stores. They had a variety of styles that could appeal to anybody. I explained that I need heel heights that I can wear to work and part of the stores drive is to offer shoes with everyday purpose (Benjamin explained this much more eloquently). Stop in to check it out and try on a couple pairs of beautiful shoes.

I think it's time for some love or kindness to happen here. I wanted to try on some shoes and wasn't even given the option. It's too bad cause it looks beautiful, but several of the shoes were worn and did not reflect a price of used shoes. As a small retail shop owner myself thank you for showing me it doesn't matter how I feel I need to make anyone who stops in at least feels welcome.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had a terrrrrible experience with a very rude owner / customer service woman. She was very rude to my friends and I and I will not ever be returning. If you believe in supporting a more positive vibe/atmosphere I wouldn't visit here either. It's too bad she lost so many customers today.

This store is a wonderful place to shop if you are looking for a unique, fun and graceful type of style. The new staff members and management were so helpful in directing me to a style that was geared towards my particular personality. I LOVE the pair of blue suede Bella Vita's that I had purchased from this location. Ask for Benjamin or Mikaela, they are the two of the newest members of Juliet Old Market and are wonderful at what they do. Also, visit during a time that Cassie Finnell is there!! She is the manager and has brought a smile to my face while i stopped in. Please stop by and see what kind of products they got out for you to look at and purchase, because you are bound to have a one of a kind shopping experience at this store.....hopefully YOU find your Romeo!
