The JQ Office team, from ownership to support staff, has always delivered for us in a big way. When we first engaged with JQ, our account manager took the time to understand our needs, and catered a solution to those needs, rather than force product or services he wanted to sell that we may not have necessarily needed. At each renewal, we received the same thorough needs analysis to ensure we were re-tooling as necessary. We lease all of our print/scan/fax equipment through JQ, and they perform the service on those machines as well. They are extremely responsive to trouble tickets every single time, and make sure that everything is working again before they leave.There are always a variety of reasons to consider alternatives when it comes to selecting business service partners, but with JQ, there are even more reasons to continue on with this relationship.
