Do not buy a vehicle from JPK investment motors. I could have died thanks to a vehicle from them. I am a college student who used all I had to save up for a car, and ended up loosing thousands of dollars in a week. I purchased a Jeep from Centerville Auto Sales that had been purchased from JPK. JPK had written the car off as safe to drive and good to go, yet a week after buying it completely caught fire on the interstate causing a traumatic crash. When I took the vehicle to a mechanic they said it was illegal to drive due to a missing catalytic converter plus double what I paid for the car in repairs. When I went to Centerville to complain, they called JPK. JPK hung up on my sales person after she told them the car caught fire on the interstate. Extreme unprofessionalism. I am left with no money and no car the rest of my college career thanks to them.

Great selection of cars and more coming in all the time. No dealer fees and they don't hesitate to fix issues you may have with the vehicle. I'm happy with my purchase thus far.

I was very pleased with the customer service and the patience that Joe had while my financing came through. Got a good vehicle in good time and I would recommend this business highly. Thanks! Edgar

I purchased a 98 Ford Ranger. I paid cash for the vehicle in $100 dollar bills. Joe Knopp did not have the title. It took well over a month to receive title to the vehicle I paid cash for. The brakes went bad right away. Sombody installed new pads so it would look like the brakes were good. So I replaced the brake system and had to install shocks and struts. After this the engine blew. So I had to replace the motor. While in the shop, my mechanic realized the transmission, starter and battery are shot. I paid $5200 for the Ford Ranger, but I have way more then that in parts and labor. Oh yea, I have a new set of tires, as the tires on the vehicle when I purchased it were unsafe. I knew about the tires. If you are considering buying from Joe Knopp, I would recommend not.Lee Snyder

We have purchased 2 vehicles at JPK a few years apart. We found them to be easy to deal with. There was no pressure to buy. The vehicles worked out for us but being that they are older vehicles with a lot of miles I wouldn't hold them responsible for every problem that crops up later.

JPK sold us a 99 Subaru Legacy for $3500. We told him we were driving it to NY and wanted to make sure it was reliable. He repeatedly assured us that it was. Three hours into the trip, the engine blew. It would cost upwards of $2,000 to repair. The breakdown left us stranded in Missouri for 3 days. We contacted JPK continuously throughout this ordeal who showed absolutely no remorse and he refused to refund any costs or take the car back. JPK is a thief, do not trust him or the cars he sells.
