Best haircut trim I've experienced for long time, just had here today. Has been a while since last time here. I'll be back!

I don't know where to begin regarding my experience at St. Joseph's Cosmetology!!!When I arrived my hair was one length & 8-10 inches below my back hairline & Very Healthy.I requested a short hair cut with a long shag in the back. Long story short, the Supervisor told the student HOW to cut my hair. HOWEVER, student watched, the Supervisor did THE ENTIRE HAIR CUT. The cut is HORRIBLE!!! Long on one side & a big chunk literally hacked out of the other side. The chunk missing is the size of a fifty cent piece & Short!!! Ladies, I provided said SUPERVISOR a photo which she asked to see THREE TIMES!!! Yes, I also got a color & highlights... What a mess that was FOUR HOURS LATER I WAS WHAT SUPERVISOR CALLED " ALL DONE" $ 78.00. OH YES, I AM VERY DONE & SUPERVISOR WAS A REAL PIECE OF WORK N.E.V.E.R. GO TO THIS PLACE!!! P.S. THE SUPERVISOR HAS STRAIGHT BLACK HAIR, TALL & THIN WEARS BLACK GLASSES& HAS A NOTICABLY TINY MOUTH & IS A SMART $SS. It took me 2 years to have the courage to cut my hair, I'm crushed

not mrs mitts but the other instructor is rude and cant see she was shown the picture of the haircut i wanted today still messed it up horribly who gave you a licence hellen keller turn it in the students knew it was wrong but you already screwed it up your rude my kid could have gave me this haircut 0 stars

maybe if you getting the service done may be a good experience but the way the treat there students isn't. I went there and barley graduated with the education that I paid almost $22 thousand's dollars for. The instructors play favoritism among the students instead of treating each student is it equal. They purposely go out the way to make sure that you're not getting the proper training that you need like they do for the rest of their students. When I was there I watch them destroy a couple of students education and their career in cosmetology. when I was going there students were told not to book me clients but I would watch my fellow classmates that are working in the same row go thru 2 to 3 clients a day. They basically just left me there with no help and anytime I did ask for help it was either answered with an attitude or just completely ignored period. I'm African American and just cause I was quite I was labeled as always having a attitude but watch them bend the rule for who they like I feel sorry for the other African American girl that is there now cause there treating her the same way if u want a equal education this isn't the school that you want to go. I watch them choose who they want to celebrate that graduates and when it was time for me to I didn't receive the same treatmen.

Easy to get a reservation, made my group on use easy, and the service was excellent for a fraction of the cost of other places.
