Desperate to find a cleaning company in order to get my rental house ready to put on the market, I called this company, let's just say , I should have picked another company. They came back a few times, to finish more than one task, & they (owner) have me an attitude, I didn't like.

we have used numerous carpet cleaner companies. However for the past 6 year we have only used Jones! They are great and my carpets have never looked better!

Jones does Carpet, Airduct, and tile cleaning and repair. The standard of many of this industry. Only problem is that the owner (Jim) is an unethical salesman. He'll say he can clean carpet (with many stains) so that the stains will be gone, which after cleaning, was not cleaned, even to sanitary conditions. He'll say things you want to hear (solutions to problems) but will not fully deliver . Once my home was cleaned out with all the stains left, he'll say "Oh no this all needs to be removed and get new carpeting" He said he can do carpet replacement (a stain in the carpet he can cut out and put new carpet into. but instead he just wants to sell more carpet. Unethical and I wouldn't use his services again. He's been doing his job for 28yrs and has practiced his unethical salesman skills, anyone can work a steam cleaning machine, just because he has experience doesn't mean a thing! He only wants to make money.
