Fast, friendly service to get my AC fixed. These folks are AC experts and also work on many of the first responder vehicles in town. As a firefighter's kid, I like supporting them for this reason. Scheduling an appt online was quick and easy, drop off was great, and they even offered to drive me home and pick me up when it was finished. Honest and open communication about pricing and why the cost. Happy with my experience even though car repairs are the literal worst.

I work for a local vehicle dealership and had a customer wanting a unique add-on to their van. I called Jones Automotive about this accessory, and while my customer didn't end up purchasing the van in the end, the experience I had here will make sure I DO use them in the future. I called initially and spoke to Scott Suter, who walked me through what all adding this accessory would entail. I ended up driving down to their shop to have him look at the vehicle, where Scott even showed me a couple different options to save my customer money. I really appreciate all his help. He was professional, very kind, and I couldn't help but notice the Pro-Blue all around the shop. These guys have a great business model. I look forward to getting to know them and getting to work with them.

I was in Omaha for the College World Series when the A/C in my car quit working. We were supposed to drive 8 hours to get home the next day. Luckily, I found Jones Automotive who quickly found the problem, located the replacement part, and had it repaired on the same day. They also gave us a ride to the ballpark so we could watch some more baseball while they made the repair. Great communication and great service go a long way!

I took my classic '85 GMC Suburban K10 here a few years ago for air conditioning service. They attempted to charge it with r-12 and after a couple days determine it has a small leak somewhere in the lines. They also tell me it needs a timing chain. The cost was to be a hundred dollars so I agree. A couple more days they call me to say it's done. I paid them 240$ and left, thinking I'm going to have a great running vehicle. About a block away I realize there's a severe problem. Whenever I step on the gas the engine cuts out. I drove it back there immediately and demand to know what's going on. They immediately began trying to put the blame on me, like I brought it in that way...?? What it boiled down to was they put on a timing chain and tried to adjust timing with zero success. I took it (towed it) out to H&H where they fixed it and confirmed my suspicions about the botched job from Jones Bros.

A few years ago when my car battery died, no one was around to give me a jump to take it to an auto shop. I saw that Jones was nearby, and gave them a call. They went out of their way to take care of me! They actually came and picked me up and drove my car back to their shop! It should also be noted that this happened in the afternoon/evening. They had my car taken care of that same day. Ever since, I've been coming to Jones for all my car maintenance needs, even after moving all the way out to West Omaha. They are worth it.Typically whenever I used to go to other auto places, they'd see that I was a female and try to sell me on all of the things. It is not the same here at Jones. The mechanics take the time to explain everything they're doing and why they're doing it. They don't try to push extra services or services I don't need. They consistently educate me on what's going on with my car so that I'm able to prolong its lifetime. The staff at Jones Auto have invaluable integrity and honesty. It is extremely apparent that they care deeply about giving you the best service possible.Thank you, Jones Auto!

I was referred to Jones Automotive by my usual mechanic Midwest Tires for some issues I was having with my Prius. Don was VERY nice and explained everything in a way I could understand. I got my van 01 Honda Odyssey to Jones Automotive because my new alternator wasn't keeping the battery charged. Also, when I would turn on the air my thermostat would read hot. They called me two days later to inform that my new alternator was bad and I needed a new starter. The following day, received call that car was complete. Picked up my car everything appeared fine. Two weeks later my car is overheating and engine light came on. Got my fluids checked and I had no radiator fluid. I was mistaken that when you take a fr to get repaired that automatically check fluids. Well needless to say, now I think my radiator is damaged. When I called to inform they said it will be 3 days before I can take a look at it. Im a full time college student and I need my vehicle. I paid $569 for my car to be fixed and they just act like I didn't pay a dime. I'm a real anger customer and they will not get any of my business ever again. They are rude and not helpful.
