I don't usually review businesses on this app, but recent experience with this company prompted me to do so. A friend was getting married last weekend, and booked a party bus through Jone-Z months in advance for the three hours between the wedding and the reception. Pretty standard. He commented, while we were taking post-ceremony pictures, that he hopes the bus shows up. He explained that he had called Jone-Z each of the four days leading up to the reception, leaving multiple voicemails in an attempt to confirm the reservation was still good to go. He said that his multiple calls over the greater course of a week had yielded only an automated email confirming his reservation as he ordered it. However, he couldn't get anyone from the company to answer his calls or return his voicemails. I figured that he was just being overly paranoid, and the confirmation email surely meant the bus would be there and on time. His paranoia was well founded. After the pictures concluded, the bus was nowhere to be found. We figured the bus had just been running behind, which is no huge deal, as we had a bunch of time to kill. We made multiple calls to Jone-Z, none of which were answered. Shocker. Approximately a half hour after it was supposed to arrive, a Jone-Z bus appeared in the church parking lot. Great- now we can get on with it. As the wedding party began to load coolers onto the bus, the groom noticed that the bus didn't look like the one he reserved. When he mentioned this to the driver, he haphazardly told him that the bus he had reserved months ago had brake problems and wasn't able to run, so they ran out the only bus they had. The only problem was that it was well over 90 degrees with what I'm assuming was over 90% humidity, and the bus they brought was not equipped with air conditioning. "Sorry dude. We'll give you $100 off of your fee." We all agreed that this wasn't going to work with the weather and 3 piece suits we were wearing, so the groom told him we wouldn't be using their service. We were then left to figure out something to do in the meantime. We called Jone-Z multiple times thereafter (no answer), and tried every other party bus company in the city. Unsurprisingly, every other air-conditioned bus in the city was in use, so we eventually went to the bride's father's house.I completely understand that mechanical issues happen at unexpected times, and that safety is paramount when offering service vehicles. What I don't understand is how this company continues to be in business with their seemingly complete disregard for any type of professionalism. I'm not sure when the brake issue was found on the bus, but, whenever it was, they should have shown most basic level of courtesy to their paying customer by giving them a call to explain the situation and offer options. Instead, they tried to force a lesser product onto their customer by ambushing them and offering $100 off of their original fee for a bus that they had to know wouldn't work in those conditions. Not only did their plan of action in this situation show little-to-no respect for their customer, but also for the event that they were reserved for. This kind of experience could easily put a huge damper on a less-easy going couple's wedding. When working in the service industry, customer satisfaction is paramount, and this company seems to fail miserably time after time, based on this experience and other reviews. If anyone else has a few busses and an ounce of common sense when it comes to customer service, I'm sure they'd be able to successfully take a huge slice out of Jone-Z's customer base. "Sorry dude."

This company, from when I can tell, it is run by a bunch of jerks. I have no idea how they stay in business. I've had a couple of experiences with them, and both times they were just incredibly rude. I never give one star ratings, but this is ridiculous and jone z has earned it.

HORRIBLE! DON'T USE THEM...EVER! If no stars was an option, I'd use it. They don't deserve even one star.My sister's wedding was 8/23/14. Jone-Z Party Bus was scheduled to pick us up originally. After numerous phone calls to the company, we finally received a voice message late the evening before (during rehearsal dinner) stating that we had an "incomplete" payment and should have called during their, "regularly advertised business hours between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m." They only communicated then that they accepted credit cards. We booked months and months ago and this was the first we'd heard. We did call them during business hours, often, and received no phone call back. They said they would have still showed up to pick us up day of....like we'd rely on them for that on my sister's most important day. Also, another bridesmaid said she'd been stood up before - they were a no-show at an event she had attended. If you're in the business of weddings and events, you'd think they'd have the communication thing locked down. Apparently not.Later find out via the news that Jone-Z was waiting on insurance approval and failed to tell anyone they were technically out of business. Some of the rudest people I've ever encountered. Just called them to cancel my wedding reservation...again, no answer or call back yet. We'll see how this turns out. I've blocked them from charging anything additionally. Luckily, we called morning of the event to Nebraska Party Bus, and an employee, Travis, called us back right away. He was able to squeeze our wedding party in between events they had booked. I'd recommend Nebraska Party Bus as your best bet. Reliable, affordable, and service-oriented.I'm going to say it again...HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Cancelled our party bus with 24 hours before the party. They did not notify me or return calls; I found out they lost their license via the news. Jone-Z requires a seven-day notice for cancellations, but apparently don't offer that same standard to their customers. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS. There are a lot of great Omaha party buses; use ANY ONE of them, just don't use Jone-Z. If you want further proof, read the countless other online reviews about Jone-Z's last-minute cancellations and make note of their D- Better Business Bureau rating.

I reserved a bus in August for my wedding day this weekend (4/26/14) and on Tuesday they called to tell me that they had "licensing" issues and would not be honoring our reservation. They had 8 months to give me notice or arrange an alternative for me and yet they did neither, merely calling me 4 days before the event without any alternatives, stranding my entire wedding party. I would never recommend these guys to anyone!

Jone-Z called me less than 2 weeks prior to my event and cancelled. They "accidentally" double booked. They were not even sympathic, simply said, "these things happen." Do not trust them! I would not recommend them.

Zero stars. Company is very unethical and unreliable. They cancelled our bus tour after an hour and still charged my bank account for the full cost. They refused to reimburse my account. DO NOT give them any access to your credit or debit card information. We are currently filing with small claims court.

I used JONE Z party bus for half a dozen events and every time the driver was rude, however I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But never again, this is the absolute worst part bus service to use! Our bus broke down on NYE (something that is out of everyone's control). However, the owner/driver were incredibly rude about it and treated us like we were an inconvenience to them. We were stranded at a gas station for two hours. Never once apologized or offered to get us a bus for a different night, for awhile they didn't know "what they were going to do with us". I would NEVER recommend this company!!

One star is generous. This company is absolutely terrible, with no value on customer service or any ethical principles. After ending my party bus after only one hour (out of the four hours we were supposed to have), the driver gave us $380 out of the $540. I thought that was fair enough. While I was disappointed, I was accepting of that conclusion. Then, DAYS later, they charge $340 out of my bank account using the debit card they had on file... WITHOUT NOTICE. I called them, asking why. The lady on the phone was extremely rude, and instead of talking about the issue she resorted to name calling, calling me immature. She was very condescending and mocking. Then to justify taking my money out of my account, she began spewing bold faced lies, and accused us of underage drinking to justify stealing my money. She refused to give the money she took without permission. I do not recommend Jone-Z party buses, they are nothing but bad news.

I booked a party bus for my wedding coming up in August with this company at a bridal fair in March. I was really excited because I got a really good deal for booking at the fair. At the end of April I tried contacting the company to begin making payments on my balance and could not get in contact with anybody. After further investigating the company I found out that they were having licensing issues and DID AT THE TIME THAT THEY BOOKED MY WEDDING! I cancelled with them and it took them a month to reply to my email and confirm my cancellation. The worst part, in am email they said it was unfair that I accused them of lying to me when they booked my wedding because they are simply awaiting confirmation. However, when logging on here today I see that they cancelled on another party LAST MONTH right before the day. ANY ethical business would have at informed me of this situation at the time of booking. Then, in the email they said they have their certificate back in plenty of time to service my wedding. They said "as you can see" they have their certification back. Well, I do not see anything! They did not show me any proof that they can actually show up on the day! DO NOT trust such an important day with these people! They made it clear to me that they do not agree that they lied, but I do not know what you call it when I had no idea they were having this trouble when I booked. They were cancelling parties on people during the time that I booked this reservation right before the day with no warning!!!
