Anytime I have needed to resource any item they have come through.Do not get confused with the box stores and the "ace" hardware stores. They are not the same. These guys that work here it is their trade and career.True quality and trade knowledge here.

Very easy to walk to from the Old Market area. Had house keys made, & we all know how that can go! Returned home to find that both work perfectly. Store has everything you need. Very clean & employees very friendly & helpful.

Simply amazing service. I was looking for a very specific part and they didn't have it, but they had something close. So my customer service representative called the company to make sure it wouldn't damage my lock, which we found out it would, and did everything he could to help us. Eventhough they didn't have what I was looking for, this place bent over backwards to help and I will come to them first everytime now.

Feels like your local family-owned hardware store. Highly recommend. We got some butterfly anchors and thought we had screws but they didn't fit so when we went back about a week later they just gave us bolts. Those family feel businesses look out for their customers.
