Jisa Farmstead Cheese

Stopped in the cheese shop to grab some cheese curds. Their stock seemed a little low, but I was able to get a good variation. I asked to squeaky cheese, and I got a strange response that once they go in the fridge they don't squeak. So I guess they don't have daily fresh stock? Anyways, they take cards and I got several types of cheese and cheese curds and it only cost $35.

Loved this place. Amazing havarti cheese to sample and a very knowledgeable staff. The facility itself is small, but the quality is exceptional. Will be back for more! Thank you Jisa Farmstead!

Amazing! Just visited for their open house and it was incredible! I love supporting local midwestern businesses and this one is just that! Family run and operated. Pickup their cheeses at Hy-Vee (that's the only place I've seen them outside of the store on site).
