Jin’s Great Wall

Restaurant was empty when we went in. You choose to sit yourself. We basically went in at lunch time right at 12 noon. You have to order at the counter and they will bring you your food. Nice and clean restaurants with a couple of tables for eating there They deliver your food in containers so that if you can't finish- u just cover it and bring it home We ordered spring rolls, hot and sour soup and kungpao chicken for the hubby and for me - bbq pork rice noodles. Food was hot and fresh. Spring rolls were perfect. Hot and sour soup - wasn't great for me - tasted more like well-seasoned soy soup with a little pepper with a smackeribg of ingredients. It still was tasty- just now what I expect of hot and sour soup. My bbq meifun was fresh and tasty - just a tad oily for me. I've had better at some other establishments. We did bring the left overs home. And it heats up good.Kungpao chicken and the meifun both reheated pretty well. It will be one of those in the chinese rotations for us- and i will probably try something else

We had a delicious lunch here today. Very quaint little shop looked like it was operated by a husband wife team. I had the kungpao chicken with rice. We shared some hot and sour soup and veggies spring rolls. We ordered immediately and sat down. Our soup arrived with crackers. It was hot and the flavor was pretty good. The spring rolls where spot on. Hot, full of flavor. My chicken arrived. It had great flavor and spice level not too bad (I always ask for spicy) overall lunch was good. Happy we made the trip up north.

It's been a little over a year since I updated my review, and I am surprised that this restaurant, now named Great Wall again, has a new owner already. The appearance remained largely the same until recently. Great Wall got a remodel under the newest owners, and wow it looks so different. Great Wall looks modern and cleaner. They used to have a small TV toward the corner of the ceiling that was usually tuned to a TV station. The TV was removed.This is the first time I can remember the menu really changing. It looks like they added a few new items. The bad news is the prices have gone up, but that's not unique to Great Wall. Since the new owner took over, I have tried the house special fried rice, the Singapore Mei Fun, and the roast pork egg rolls. I have been satisfied with everything.I don't know why this restaurant changed ownership so much, but I am grateful it has lasted so many years. I have seen many businesses open only to close later in the Meadowlane Shopping Center, so it's nice to see a little bit of stability here.

My favorite Chinese place in Lincoln. Big servings and the kung pao is actually spicy! Crab Rangoon actually has some filling unlike other places in town.

Delicious!I will order again Plentiful amount! I ate 3 meals out of this order! Peanut butter chicken wasn't overpowering. Had just the right taste for my pallet!Cost was comparable to another restaurant I frequent. Only downfall for me is the location! Wish they were south of O St!

Delicious! Finally found a great place with my favorite things close to me! Their peanut butter chicken is delicious. It tastes almost as wonderful as fried fair food. The fried rice is tasty and the egg rolls are delicious too. Crab Rangoon is something I always order and this is a good version as it is crunchy, savory and plenty of creamy filling. Their lunch special is very cheap just make sure they charge you for the right one. Nothing major to complain about as I didn't have any issues. Definitely will be back and would also recommend to others!

I ordered through DoorDash, but on that site, it's called Great Wall Chinese Restaurant. Anyway, I like that they have dinner combos for reasonable prices. I do wish they had given a bit more steamed rice for the non-combo entree I ordered, though.

Tons of great options. We got two of the tofu dishes, both were great but didn't travel well. The hour and sour soup was some of the best I've ever had. Fried rice could use some work. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be getting food from here again!

We had a nice surprise yesterday when we went to the Great Wall this past Saturday. I ordered the Hunan chicken meal, my wife had chicken fried rice and the kids each had chicken lo mein. Everything was fresh, food came out fast and mic e quantity for the money. We had plenty of left overs and the owners wee nice. Nothing but a positive experience. Wish the had fountain pop but otherwise everything was really good. One tip...ask for the house made hot mustard versus the packaged you will be much happier. Thank you for a nice dining experience.

Tried this spot for the first time and it was terrific! They got our whole order correct and the food was fresh and very tasty! It's definitely worth a try for anyone wanting to try a new Chinese spot! Highly recommend!
