Poor at best. Took 6 months to finalize our claim with our insurance company and when we said we didnt want windows to be done until the spring because we didnt want our house opened up all winter, we didnt hear from him again until he sent us another 5k bill for work he already did. We needed our deck refinished, he sent two kids who brought their pitbull puppy while listening to rap music. Within 6 months the deck has major peeling, HORRIBLE JOB!He is a nice guy, but DON'T TRUST!!!

Should be "Zero Stars". Completely unprofessional, shady work practices, unresponsive to calls, got his money and was no longer interested in customer satisfaction. Warning: Stay away, use someone else, he was paid by insurance company but didn't complete work, left unfinished, unsafe, very poor quality of work.
