Jet Splash

I have been a jet splash member for four years. I love the concept. Locations across town, which are convenient for me. The execution is typically satisfactory. But the customer service is hit and miss. I get very frustrated with the attitude of the attendants that spray down your car before you enter. Typically the one is waving you in like you're an idiot... Especially if you're trying not to over accelerate to avoid to the car in front of you or run over the other guy spraying down your front bumper. This has been a consistent experience for me for years... No matter what location, or which attendant. I consistently tip so the dry team is usually cordial. And the booth attendants are usually cheery. It's just the darn entrance experience that has me righting this review right now.

Quick wash and friendly staff. Car is very clean and no water spots! Would highly recommend.

I have been using Jet Splash since they opened their first location on Highway 2. I'm fussy about my cars and have never had a problem. The staff is generally friendly and reasonably thorough. Remember it's a car wash and not a detail.

I had a good amount of mud on my truck from being on muddy dirt roads after the last couple weeks of rain. I was told I had excessive mud, so I bought the 20 dollar wash. They brought in a couple more guys to pre wash my truck with the pressure washers. Went through got done and my truck was still dirty and the wheel wells were caked with mud. Took me about two minutes with my hands to get the mud off the wheel wells. So basically I spent 20 bucks to watch lazy teenagers snicker at my dirty truck then had to clean it myself. To top it off the vacuums weren't working. Sincerly the guy that wont ever use you again.

In most ways I really enjoy jet splash but recently we have had an issue. We have a "fast pass" for this business so we do not have to wait behind one time only customers or behind vehicles needing extra time to purchase add ons or new memberships. This year jet-splash has decided to close down the fast pass lane so they can try and sell you new memberships or renewals. The few times we have asked why lane is closed it is always a different answer. They don't charge a lot for the fast pass lane but it is a charge we incurred for a service they are taking away. I could even get on board if they only did this for a week or so but it has been longer than that I am continually made to wait in a line I paid their company to not have to sit in so they can try and sell stuff to me. I wish they would stop doing this. It is not right.

Love to get my car washed at this location!!! Definitely recommend.. one thing to watch for is if your front license plate is hanging, it might bend. Just watch for that

I moved and called Jet Splash to stop my membership for my wife car and my truck, I was informed to do that online. I did cancel our membership online but we still getting charges on our credit card. No one is returning my calls, so I stopped on my car wash on 56 and Pin lake, and the lady informed me that the supervisor, Kinsey will call me back, finally Kinsey called me back with unprofessional, rude attitude accusing me that I was rude with the lady at the car wash which I was NOT. The supervisor, Kinsey did not see that my kids and I have been loyal customers for the last 3-4 years, and this will change after the way I was treated by this supervisor. Kinsey is a bad example for her people to follow and should be trained on how to address customer concerns.

Moved to Lincoln back in October from Kansas City, was spoiled with both Waterway and Charlie's Car Wash. Excellent service at both, along with a price point that merited the charge.Jet Splash is a lesser knock off. Staffed by apathetic, usually snotty teens, I've gone through 4x now and have been underwhelmed each and every time. The crew seems to spend more time texting and fraternizing than providing service. This was apparent at multiple locations. Wish there was other options in Lincoln, unforgivably they seem to have a monopoly. I'll still take my vehicle, but no tips from me.

Awful Car wash; Terrible Customer Service; Since there's no review page the one on 84th and Holdredge; I'll leave it here. A couple years ago, Someone drying my truck mirror, broke it when I folded my mirrors in before going through the car wash. This baby faced bald manager came out and cursed me out because the person told him he didn't do it. Didn't get any money from it; He wouldn't let me see the video footage on their security system and I left a voicemail for the owner of Jet splash and he wasn't man enough to call me back. Still will never take my vehicle there and got quite a few people to stop going because of it.

Called cops on me while parked behind the car wash. Im a out of town medical professional & was eating my sandwich while on my lunch break. Cop said I could stay & to enjoy my lunch. I understand if you are scared of strange parked cars but 911is for emergencies, you wasted an officer's valuable time. I would never support a business who calls the cops on strangers with zero interaction. The cop told the employees called.
