This gas station/convenience mart/car wash is a bit odd. I only say this because they have someone on staff who cooks up a storm, slinging together scrumptious breakfast sandwiches day in and day out. Aside from those sandwiches, this place is a 100% average mega-gas station. But those sandwiches, well, they are kind of amazing. Two big slices of toasted (and likely buttered) bread hold together your favorite fatty breakfast fare like ham, cheese and egg; chicken fried steak, cheese and egg; and what I had this morning -- a double sausage, cheese, egg and hash brown mess on marble rye. Let me say this sammie could feed two people, but I took it down on my own at about 7 a.m. It shortly thereafter took ME down for a few hours, leaving me in a complete food coma with the meat sweats, etc. Don't get me wrong -- it tasted wonderful, but not exactly how I'd choose to start my day off very often. I've always grabbed my gut-busters out of the little hot case, but with a seating area on the side and a menu above the register, I wonder if they'll make you breakfast to order. I'll look into that on my next visit. It might be a few months though, about the amount of time it'll take me to burn of all those calories at the gym. Sheesh.

A great spot to hit the carwash. Don't skimp and get the deluxe. Usually no line to speak of. The clerks inside seem to like their job enough to show up for the shift they have to work, even on Christmas. This location also has free air to fill your needy tires.Prices are fair with Sam Adams going for $7.99/6pk and if you have the munchies, they have you covered too. Decent selection of swee and salty snacks.Harold's bar is right next door if you feel the need to grab a PBR. Some folks don't like Harold's due to a body being found out back and some unnecessary fights that have occurred.Curiously you can also get a tan here. $3 for a single pass or $30 for unlimited monthly. How does one tell their friends "hey, I'm going to the gas station to get a tan. Wanna come with?"Jet Ex 66 will, on occasion have a 'guess how much?' contest where you have to fill your tank to the top and tell them how much it will be. If you get within $.50, you get the tank for free.

What happened to this place? This was probably the best gas station in town for awhile. I used to come here almost every day as it was on route to a place that I worked at. They had great breakfast food to go (unlike all other gas stations), played slighty obscure 80's new wave music loudly in the parking lot (this is a good thing) and even though there was usually a line at this place you got through it quickly and the clerks were a pleasure to deal with. A recent visit on a Saturday found a whole different experience. Boring adult contemporary music playing outside (still loud), but what used to brighten my morning (it's the little things) now reminded me of the mediocrity of so many Omaha places these days. Went inside and ordered $20 in gas and grabbed a sandwich and asked for a car wash. Didn't wait too long, but not the friendly demeanor that once was. Went out to put gas in my gar and it wasn't happening. I went back in and she accused me of telling her the wrong pump. Yeah, maybe-I don't know. Why not just fix it? Why make the effort to accuse your customer? They couldn't get it fixed and I had to drive to the other pump and hope that no one cut me off and started put gas in their car before I could get there. Went through the car wash and there is one sign that does not explain the car wash situation too well. I mean it doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure out the car wash, but it seemed like some work could be put into it. I still have my sandwich though! I bit into it and pulled out a decent sized chunk of a plastic wrapper. Strange. I suppose there are much worse things to find in your food-but I would have rather had more bacon.

a rather large gas station/mini mart...only stopped in for a bottle of water but they seem to have a decent sized menu of eats and treats and I look forward to coming back to try them...the lady who rang me up was friendly and talkative and that's something that's all too rare in customer service these days...

Got my car washed here and it was horrible. I've used the automatic washes before, but this one was exceptionally bad. Soap wasnt washed off and caked onto my car. Avoid at all costs and take your $7 elsewhere.
