Jadelite Wellness Massage

Completely non-responsive to texts and phone calls to try to book an appointment after paying for a Groupon about a week ago. I'll need to file a complaint with Groupon and get my money back. Not good business practice.

Jade is a skilled massage therapist. She targeted my problem areas and I walked away feeling much better. I have been searching for a new massage therapist since I moved to Lincoln and I think I've found her. She has a flexible schedule and uses high quality products.

I had an excellent massage. My friend and I had gotten a Groupon and we did have to wait about a month out to use it due to scheduling so she must be really busy. Glad we waited and tried her out though.

Seriously irritated about this. Bought a Groupon for a massage from this business. Wrote to the number listen on the Groupon voucher to try and schedule my appointment. Was told that there are no appointments available, day or evening, for more than a month. Really bad first impression, she did not even attempt to accommodate me. I cancelled the Groupon, and told them what happened and got a refund. I can't wait a month for services, due to starting a new job amd having a family to take care of. I happen to have the time for myself for once, in the next couple weeks, which is why I purchased that voucher. It should've said on there that availability is limited. or "must wait one month to use voucher"..I have never had that issue anywhere, or had to wait that long to book an appointment for a haircut, massage, facial, etc in all the years that I've gotten massage services, and even in places I've lived that are much busier and more populated than Lincoln area. Shouldn't offer groupons if the availability isn't there.

Huge waste of money. Refuses to respond to texts and calls. Didn't show up at my appointment. Never got my massage. Very disappointed

Jade gave me an awesome massage! I asked for help with low back pain and she was able to help me in an hour. Can't wait for my next massage!!!
