Jack's Tailor

I have been wanting to repair/tailor some jeans for awhile now. After several recommendations to try Jack's Tailor I brought three pairs of jeans to fix a tear and to tailor the waist. They did such a great job and it was such an easy process. I highly recommend this spot if you are needing and tailoring!!

I needed 2 winter coats repaired, several small things on one and a big tear in a seam on the other. They guesstimated $35-45 for the 2 items, 2 week's turnaround. I went back 2 weeks to the day, and the coats were beautifully repaired. The bill was about $70, but I'd asked them to really fix them right, so in knew it would likely be more than the at-a-glance guess, they found more damage as they worked. Both coats are old, I expected it, and still far less expensive than a new coat. Go to them knowing that it may be more than the first quote, they'll call if you ask them to. Splendid work!

There's two things that drive this five star review. First, the quality of work performed here is outstanding. My wife had a nice winter coat that needed the zipper replaced and Jacks did a wonderful job. The coat quite simply is brand new, you'd never guess that it has had any work done. Secondly, and more importantly the customer service is exemplary. Jack worked above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly. This is I'm quite simply the only tailor I will use and the only business I would trust with any high end items. They do a fantastic job with service that is second to no one.

I've been so pleased with everything I've brought here. Connie is very knowledgeable and I completely trust her to get my clothes fitting perfectly. She is quick in her work and very professional. I've had things as simple as hemming pants and skirts to more complicated things like taking in dresses and jackets. Everything has fit perfect. I think the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Jack's Tailor if you need anything tailored.

Got introduced to this fabulous Family ran tailor. It really has the small town feel to it. Walking in the first time there was a bit of a line. Connie was so personable with each person knew them by name, asked about how life was and events. Quick fast and responsive to what I needed. Fabulous work.Priced very very nice. For sure a super dealI am looking forward to bringing some suits back in to get adjusted.

Connie is so sweet and did so well with my bridesmaid dress. I needed it taken up a bit and she did amazing. She was very quick, responsive and fairly priced. I only had three weeks till the wedding and she had it done a week before. I was a bit frantic trying to find a place I trusted with how short of a time frame and she completed it with plenty of time to spare. I will most definitely be bringing anything I need altered to her. She and her staff are incredible!

All I have to say is WOW, these ladies are amazing. This was the best experience getting clothes fixed I've ever had. I ripped a big hole down the butt of my favorite pants (winter time weight, you know how it is) and decide to see if they were salvageable. I also brought in my favorite hoodie that had a very minor tear on the pocket, easy fix but the hoodie had some unique colors. Not only did they match the new thread with the my hoodie colors perfectly, but they saved my favorite jeans! Looks like they were never even fixed. The owner is the nicest lady who won't mind chatting to you about your day and helps the Midwest keep it's "nice people" title. This is the place for you when it comes to fixing clothes or getting measured up for the big day. Thanks ladies!!!!!!!!!

5 Star Customer Service. This is our first experience with a professional tailor. My son needed his homecoming slacks taken in at the waist. The pants fit perfectly. We will definitely be using Jack's Tailors in the future and HIGHLY recommend them.
