They sold a bunch of shoddy furniture online. They did not disclose that there was mold, rot, and burn marks on the restaurant tables and very clearly went out of their way to hide these flaws in the photographs. When I contacted the company to voice my concerns, the owner sent a condescending, rude email. I do hundreds of auctions every year across the country, and so far, this is literally the only company I will not do business with again.

Honesty is what you must have when dealing with my money or my property. Integrity here is the constant. Next, get me a group of interested buyers so I know they will set true value. Nitz always assembles a good group of buyers. I use these folks about 10 times per year and suggest you do the same. First choice for equipment, vehicles and real estate.

They do not test anything to make sure it works. and if you buy something that is broken and unusable there is nothing they will do. Make sure you when you bid that you looked at the item before you bid especially if you will be spending some $$$. I would not buy from the auction again

Horrible Auction Service! I highly recommend not using them to sell or purchase since they no longer accept credit cards. If you are onsite for a live auction, and can pay cash, check or pay $35 for a wire transfer on a $25 item, then so be it. If you choose not to accept cards as a form of payment through an online auction service, you should not be selling through an online service. They filed a dispute against me since they tried to contact me via phone to charge my card, not through the secured proxibid portal. I don't have time to deal with these headaches and I am very very very upset!
