J-Tech is a very no-hassle firm to work with. Estimate process is very smooth, and it's very clear what the work is going to involve and cost.Construction crew performs the work in the same manner. They know what they're doing, and get the job done quickly with no hassles, and very little work on your part. If you have any extra input or requirements, it's no problem and they will fulfill them also.I had a minor request to replace a bent siding corner piece on the house. It didn't get done when the main work was performed, but was surprised that they made a special trip the next day just to replace it, since they had to fabricate that piece at the shop. They will certainly fulfill your needs to your complete satisfaction, with very little work/requirements on your part.

Best construction company in town. Sales manager is a stud. Ok I work there, but they've prompted me for a review 59' times so I'm making it.

J-Tech did several projects on my home and unfortunately I had very bad experiences with them. They tore out and installed a new front porch floor and decking on my home but didn't perform the work per the manufacturing guidelines of the products they installed. The porch doesn't have the proper slope for water shed and since they didn't seal the decking product they installed, the boards retained moisture, swelled up and buckled. The porch has been off limits for over two years because the company won't come back to fix their mistakes. Its a trip hazard and the warped boards are popping the siding. I also had gutters replaced on the house and unfortunately J-Tech had problems with their bending machine and the gutters still aren't right. A few months after they installed the gutters and downspouts, a section of downspout on the front of the house, fell off. There were two machine screws holding the section on. J-Tech hired a local sub to remove and replace a section of concrete patio on the West side of my house. The sub contractor framed the concrete in such a manor that the water pools in the center and runs back towards the house. This was an issue that was brought up well before the completion date of the projects on my home and stills remains an issue over two years later. Just recently in the past few weeks, I had a sub contractor that J-Tech hired, show up at my front door demanding payment because they were never payed by J-Tech. The sub contractor said he was going to put a lien on my house because of never getting payed. I pointed down to the front porch floor and said I was having trouble getting them to fix the issues of many things they had completed. I've been restoring the family homestead for almost 30 years and this was a horrible experience with J-Tech Construction that I wished I would never had agreed upon. A large sum of money was payed for work that will have to be redone. Let the buyer be aware and always check references.

J-Tech construction is an appalling I hired J-Tech on the advice of a business partner, who seemingly had good results from their work on her rental properties. After agreeing a reasonable (albeit higher than average) price for complete gutter/downspout replacement on one of our properties, I was optimistic about the quality and standard of service J-Tech promised. How foolish I was. From start to (barely) finish, we have had an absolutely horrendous experience with J-Tech. They caused more problems than the ones I hired them to fix.The workmanship was sorely inadequate, leading to a flooded basement that ended up costing $5,000 to repair. The moment I voiced my concerns about their shoddy work, I received a call from the company's attorney, who did all he could to intimidate me into backing down with my complaint. Note: if the first response to your complaint is from a lawyer, you know you're dealing with a company with a history of shady practices.J-Tech returned to my property 5+ times to address our complaints (to no avail), so the problem continues and there appears to be little hope of that changing.During one visit, a contractor sent to check the damage stood in front of my door, arms folded, and demanded a check for payment of an amount that had already been settled. In retrospect, this was actually quite amusing, since he was about 5 feet tall and made himself look very silly.Eventually, I told them not to set foot on my property again, since they have created more problems than solutions. No matter the outcome, we now know who we *don't* want working on any of our properties -- so that's a small consolation, since I'd never refer clients or friends to a company who might let them down.I fully regret my decision to hire J-Tech, and I suggest others proceed with caution to avoid the same experience. I would rather allow my house to fall down than hire this bunch of clowns again.

To whom it may concern, After receiving a number of bids for a sliding glass window/door replacement, wife and I decided to have J-Tech of Lincoln, Nebraska do the job. First of all, their price was reasonable. As far as the work done, I was very impressed with the crew they sent to do the work -- on time, clean, and efficient. Any window or door problems in the future? I most definitely will call J-Tech, and I recommend them to any and all. F. Porter
