Unimpressed. Ordered take out. You get one, and I mean one leaf of a baby bok choy in the pork belly tonkatsu. Really, not two, or perhaps 3? No beautiful curly strips of scallion like the photo. Instead, a sparse sprinkling of ultra minute rounds of undetectable flavor. Nori? Nope. No one put in the nori. Flavor in the broth? Nope. Someone forgot to put in the flavor. I even ordered extra crushed raw garlic and blandness ensued. My partners $20 deluxe tonkatsu had zero veggies. It said it should have bean sprout and bamboo shoot. I guess when you add $5 more for 3 pieces of chicken and a few tablespoons of ground pork, adding in a bit of green veggie is too much to ask for. After we salted both our bowls and added some of our own chili oil, it had a little flavor but at that point, what are we paying for? Noodle, a half egg, weak sauce and meat. I guess some people are happy with that? It's just not that hard to make food taste good and even look good. This town is circling the porcelain bowl when it comes to eating out. Don't try to order off the on line menu. They will tell you when you call they don't have many of the items. We initially wanted the wonton noodle soup. No dice. Proceed cautiously.

Service was great. Slow night but I enjoyed the Tonkatsu with Chashu Pork, I added the mayu black garlic oil and bean sprouts. My wife had the stir fry ramen with Chashu pork, extra half egg, side of samba chili sauce and kimchi. My Ramen was solid traditional Japanese ramen broth. Nothing fancy but if this is the consistent taste then you can't go wrong on a cold night. The Samba chili sauce didn't add the kick my wife and I both were looking for but still tasty. I would recommend giving this place a try.

The service was decent. The portions were big so the price seems reasonable. The food was good. I thought that the chicken was dry, but I'm not sure if it's like suppose to be like that or not. It was tough to eat but once I dipped it in the broth every so often it was good. It wasn't like spicy so had to ask for the chili oil. The place was practically empty but idk if it's cause none of the students are in town or if it's usually like that. Nothing standing out to me but it wasn't bad either.Edit: this was a three but shot it down to 2 cause when I ate the leftovers the next day my stomach did not agree with me after I ate this and I suffered for the rest of the day

Decided to try this during the "ramen" type weather we've had. Seemed like the perfect time to enjoy ramen during the light snow and cold temps. Unfortunately our experience was just ... meh. We've definitely had better tonkotsu and miso somewhere else. The broth was not quite there with the taste and didn't help that it was barely warm. I prefer my broth just a little close to piping hot.

Took my little guy for his first real Ramen trip, and he loved it. I know I have reviewed this before but I just wanted to shout out the server. She was very patient with us and helped to make decisions so that it would be child friendly. I ordered the Ramen I wanted for me and then you can get extra noodles for $1.50. It all comes in one bowl, but I just scooped some noodles out for him. I also ended up getting a side of steamed rice because he wanted to try that too. We had a really great experience! When a server accommodates a parent, it changes everything. Thank you to the young lady who helped us!

Lincoln has very limited options for Ramen, which is a bummer but Itsumo is pretty good albeit it gets a little pricy before you know it if you start customizing your ramen. They do offer a combination ramen that has all the meats (see pic) which is probably worth the extra $2 dollars. It was a solid portion and flavorful broth and we of course added chili oil to kick up the spice.

Truly salty from the very first sip, and it gradually gets salty and salty till the last bite. As an Asian, I think the restaurant can make it less salty and still have good taste. Though a few good things about this place is the spacious space, its location, and the nice waitress.

Came here with my boyfriend and...it's a big eh. Service was great and super kind, also got our tables fast. I than ordered the Gua Bao with chicken which super yummy! But my ramen was not good at all. The broth was so plain, zero flavor. The pork inside was like rubber. Noodles were good but that's about it. My boyfriend ordered the Kimchi ramen which yup, definitely taste Kimchi if you like Kimchi, wish I ordered that one instead. You'd think out of everything the ramen would not disappoint. So yeah...eh...

Stoped here on an overnight trip for work and wow! The waitress was so kind and when I asked for a suggestion she lead me to the tantan tofu and woah! I'm not usually a peanut sauce person but am so happy I followed the suggestion it was a subtle flavor of peanut in the best way and the fermented cabbage complimented the broth so much! It was a lovely solo lunch date sitting at the big table in the center :)
