It's a scam. I paid extra for 2 day production time. It's now been 8 days, and they have yet to send out my order. Their customer service keeps dodging my questions. They say "we can't guarantee any particular delivery date", but if that's so then why are they still accepting extra money to "rush" orders? It seems like regardless of the option I picked, it would take them weeks to even send it out.
