The owner of the business, Tim, is very professional, personable, and responsive.We received his name from a mutual acquaintance and I have to tell you that the work was completed on time and to very high-quality. We had the roof repaired on a home in West Omaha and could not be happier with the workmanship, service, and professionalism of Tim and his business.Thanks Integrity!

If possible to give negative stars I would. Thought this company could be great for regular referral business but they failed on the simplest of beginnings on the first project opportunity. From repeated lack of requested return communication to a bad condescending attitude of an estimator and the phone receptionist, the message received was they don't want or need business. Quite a contrast from their advertisements.

Had high hopes for this one. The guy showed up on time and looked at some screen doors we want to replace. He said he'd research the cost and call me in a week. Two weeks later, after I left a message, he finally called and said building the doors from scratch would be too expensive. He was going to look into pre-made doors and call me back the next day. It's been a week and haven't heard back from him. It's a real shame because I have a ton of handyman jobs I need help with and I was hoping this company would be reliable.
