Insta-Lube

I went here recently for a oil change and it was super quick as convenient. They didn't try to up sell me anything which is always a plus for places like this. The oil change cost a little over $60 and took maybe 15 minutes total. The workers were nice and efficient.

Back here again. Love this place, not only do they refuse to upswell, but they told me if I buy my own filter I can bring it here and they will install it for free. I love this place. If you need an oil change, this is the place to go, forget jiffy Lube or Walmart.

I needed an oil change. The manager looked for reasons to not give me an oil change. I was told my oil filter was loose (no oil leaking from it) and I was told the drain plug was stripped (it was not and not leaking). I was asked if I changed my oil myself. I was asked if I put oil in the truck recently. I was asked who changed my oil last. The order to not change my oil came NOT from the guy in the pit, but the manager who showed up to stop the oil change. Sadly, he did not get there in time to prevent the guy in the pit from draining enough oil from my vehicle to cause a serious drop in oil pressure when I was sent home. I was even told by the manager that he did not put oil in my truck. I don't know why I was was discriminated against, but I got very poor service. I just wanted my oil changed, and the "oil-change-place" I went to could not even perform that task.

I typically use one of this national chains when I need an oil change but having moved midtown, none of those appear nearby. So after driving past Insta-Lube for the last two years, I finally decided to give it a try. I arrived shortly after eight in the morning and was promptly directed into the bay. Like most of these places, I stayed in the car while they completed the oil changes, topped fluids, etc. I loved that they don't attempt to upsell uneeded services. I was in and out within 10--15 minutes. While the staff was not overly friendly, they were professional and prompt. This will be my go-to spot for the two times a year I need an oil change.

Excellent service, didn't try to sell me, and they completed the work quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an oil change.

Service was great, customer service is excellent, they're so kind and thorough. I don't feel rushed or like I'm trying to be sold into anything. I will be coming back.

They didn't check the pressure in my tires even though I asked. They didn't put an oil change sticker in my window and I never got a print out of what was done. Then I noticed they didn't reset my oil change screen. Took me a half hour to figure it out once I got home.

Never heard a peep about them and I have no idea why not - incredibly professional, humble, honest, patient, and respectful. Not just to me as a customer but to each other as coworkers - every conversation I overheard was super polite, professional, but yet relaxed and fun-loving. Plus - great prices, all were explained - I never felt pressured to buy/upgrade, etc. Relatable, kind, and frankly the best experience I've had with an oil change.

I have gone to this place for my past oil changes, they're great and today I went there to get an oil change after my check engine light came on and had a solenoid code come up and I was told by a trusted mechanic to make sure I have oil in the car before replacing that part and I needed an oil change anyway by that point, so I went to go get an oil change at this place and they told me I had an oil leak going on and offered to change my oil but I was going to have to get my oil changed anyway after getting this oil leak fixed and offered to just top my oil off since I'm gonna have to get an oil change anyway after dealing with the leak. They told me about what was wrong with my car right off the bat and even sent me a picture of it and topped off my oil for no charge. This place is great, very trustworthy mechanics. I highly recommend getting your regular oil changes at this place. They are very kind and know what they are doing.
