I had won a Car Audio - 2-Way Remote Start System with Smart Phone App from the "I Heart Radio" auction. Called on a Thursday and they fit me in on that coming up Saturday. Dropped my car off at 9am when they open and they called me and said it was done at 11:55am! He helped me set up and app and explained the app and new fob to me and answered all our questions! Very happy with everything and will be back again!

I called a few different installers to get quotes. Inphase was about $10hr higher than other competitors but had good reviews. So I figured I'd give them a call. A man named Jimbo answered and said he got a last minute cancellation and got me in same day which was awesome. Upon arrival was greeted pleasantly by jimbo and he gave me a quote that was around the $95hr & also an equipment piece which i would need for my install. This amount was what I expected to pay on checking out. Now they had to do some special work getting the backup camera in and added another installer to get it done towards the end. Is that my problem that he couldn't get it done by himself?! I was not told it would DOUBLE the amount per hour for that time,though he says i was informed?! I guess you just need to assume you know that. The work looked clean except for a big scratch across the faceplate of my in dash dvd player! And upon checking out...the price was almost Double what was quoted. 5 hrs of time for a head unit,4 speakers,2 tweeters a powered sub that lays in there and a backup camera. It was alot of work no doubt. But 4 hrs at $95 and 1 hr at double plus the $80 equipment charge showed on the bill as: 1 hr at $95 and the other hours at $125,$150,150 & $175!!!! Are we speaking a different language when it comes to an hour?!? Can you stack multiple hour and a half work into a single hour over and over?!? I guess so!! And when I called to explain that the charges didn't add up-I was immediately given attitude from Jimbo for saying "I don't think I was charged correctly." Moral of the story is be careful not to take quotes at face value!!!! I know I can get a better price for the same work and probably not have a gash in my dvd face to boot! If you have $$$ to throw at them, great. Otherwise buyer beware!!!!Oh as a side note, not sure if this is indicative of the company or people there, but there was an older gentleman who was 'hanging out' talking to an employee just gabbing. When he was leaving he turned to look at me and then loudly said "Go Trump" to his colleague! They were not talking politics at any point. Could it be my Asian Hawaiian descent?! His comment while ignorant in(meant to be racist?)since he was looking right at me but speaking to the employee might not be indicative of the company's views...but who knows?Now after complaining,I did meet with the owner who after much discussion did want to make things right! And did with a slight refund closer to the quoted price. It was explained to me that the price I paid was a fair price but definitely was under quoted. So we met in the middle leaning a bit in my favor. Also the scratches were actually on a screensaver that had not been peeled off thank goodness. I wanted to be transparent with this as well. I do feel much more important than my initial entry!

This place is worth every star. I had no idea what I wanted as far as compatible stereos for my 2017 Jeep Wrangler. I called ahead and spoke with Jesse and he was so enthusiastic to help out. I went in store and he gave me detailed descriptions of all my options and I chose the Sony XAV-AX5000. Jesse had availability the NEXT day to install it and the shop finished it in TWO HOURS! I am over the moon about this upgrade! Don't waste anytime looking online. These guys are experts and can help you find exactly what you want in the quickest amount of time!

They hooked me up with a Sony vx5000, db amp and two 12" db subs in the bass crate in my Buick Lucerne. Trevin and Jacob were super helpful. All of the guys there were cool. Great product, great install, great customer service and a great price! I would recommend InPhase to anyone!

They used to be my spot to come to for installation, but it hasn't been the same since my guy moved out of state. I've been here a few times for installation over the years but the last couple times had been a shift in attitude. I came in today for a quote to run wires from my factory head unit to an all in sub and amp, around $500. Just to run wires, com on now. The guy I spoke to was just giving me bad vibes. When I came in he was sitting down, as soon as I approached him he stood up far distance from me and that threw me off. Finger tips touching as if he didn't want to be bothered or close to me. I will never be back, honestly i dont he can care to much about me not doing so. Found another place that's reputable and at a better price. Thanks Imphase.

I was looking for a place to do an install for me and Ran into someone wearing one of your shirts, so I asked him what the rates would be and just kind of probing questions just to get a feel for the place because he mentioned he worked there, I think his name was Raymond? He said he did a custom car up there and showed me some pics, pretty nice work! But then he got weird! Said they keep him around because "there was a UFC fighter having something worked on and he wouldn't pay his bill, so he had to deal with him!" Now I'm realizing this guy is a joke! About the only thing he could handle was another cheeseburger!So I started laughing and told him they are lucky to have him! What a joke! If your employees go around talking like that about customers I will gladly stay away!
