We had a 1015 appointment with Chris to look at some carpet stretching needs. By 1100, he was still a no-show. We called him. He said, "I'll be there in a few minutes. I'm just now leaving Cracker Barrel." He finally arrived about 1130, looked at our problems, told us it would be an all day job and would send us an estimate that evening. Three weeks later, still no estimate. If you don't really want to do a job, just be up front and say so!

I received three quotes for carpet stretching and Chris was the only one who explained what he would do and the complexity of my carpet (pretty distinct pattern). Chris wore a mask and was polite and nice. My carpet looks better than it did even after they installed it. Thank you to Chris and I definitely recommend.
